Abstract: A welding auxiliary joining part with which a welding connection, more particularly a resistance welding connection, can be established between a first component A made of a poorly weldable material and a second component made of weldable material. The welding auxiliary joining part is distinguished by a cylindrical punch shaft that can be punchingly pressed into the first component A approximately rotation-free. The punch shaft has an element head at the head underside of which only one continuous circumferential clamping ring is arranged that projects axially in the direction of the punch shaft.

Abstract: There is provided a resistance spot welding apparatus including a first rod-shaped electrode body, second rod-shaped electrode body, first ring-shaped member, second ring-shaped member, first elastic body, and second elastic body. The first rod-shaped electrode body and second rod-shaped electrode body are arranged facing each other, the first rod-shaped electrode body is inserted into a through hole of the first ring-shaped member, the first elastic body is connected to an opposite side of first ring-shaped member to second rod-shaped electrode body side, the first rod-shaped electrode body and first ring-shaped member are not electrically connected to each other, the second rod-shaped electrode body is inserted into a through hole of the second ring-shaped member, the second elastic body is connected to an opposite side of second ring-shaped member to first rod-shaped electrode body side, and the second rod-shaped electrode body and second ring-shaped member are not electrically connected each other.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a welded member in which a workpiece made of a high tensile material and a welding object are welded. The method includes welding the workpiece and the welding object such that welded portions are formed between the workpiece and the welding object by performing projection welding. The method also includes applying a cancellation stress to the welded member after the projection welding, so that a stress that is generated in the welded portions after the projection welding and acts in a direction to pull the welded portions close to each other is canceled.

Abstract: Disclosed are a filter structure, a welding fixture, and a manufacturing method of the filter structure. The filter structure includes: a box having a cavity; coil components installed in the cavity; and wiring components, each having a positive wiring pin and a negative wiring pin fixed to the box. The conductive wire has conductive wires coupled to both ends of the coil component and welded with the positive and negative wiring pins respectively. After a wiring section of the pins is embedded into a side of a wire latch slot, the conductive wire of the coil is latched into the wire latch slot and welded with the pins by spot welding without the need of manually winding the conductive wire and the pins, so as to reduce labor, expedite assembling, improve production efficiency and save material cost of the conductive wire.

Abstract: A spatter production information storage unit stores spots where spatter has been produced. For the spots where spatter has been produced, a comparison information generation unit acquires weld design information stored in a design information storage unit and weld instruction information stored in an instruction information storage unit, compares both pieces of information, and generates comparison information. An image information output unit outputs the generated comparison information to a display device. The display device displays the comparison information on a screen so as to allow checking by an operator. Hence, it is possible to check, on the screen, comparison information for weld instruction information and weld design information highly likely as a cause for spatter being produced, and to efficiently perform the task of analyzing the causes for spatter being produced.
