摘要: The present invention relates to systems and methods for solid freeform fabrication, especially fused deposition modeling, as well as various articles made using the same, where the systems and methods utilize certain thermoplastic polyurethanes which are particularly suited for such processing. The useful thermoplastic polyurethanes are derived from (a) a polyisocyanate component, (b) a polyol component, and (c) an optional chain extender component where the resulting thermoplastic polyurethane has a crystallization temperature above 80° C. and retains more than 20% of its shear storage modulus at 100° C. relative to its shear storage modulus at 20° C.

摘要: Polyamine additives are disclosed that are useful to provide early water resistant to drying anionically colloidally stabilized polymer dispersions in aqueous media. The polyamines are polymerization products from ethylenically unsaturated monomers with pendant tertiary amine groups with ethylenically unsaturated monomers with pendant poly(alkylene oxide) chains of 88 to 1200 g/mole molecular weight.

摘要: A composition and a process for modifying hair are disclosed. The process includes coating hair fibers with a composition comprising propylene carbonate and a glycol selected from at least one of propylene glycol, 1,3-propane diol, dipropylene glycol, tripropylene glycol, and mixtures thereof and contacting the coated hair with a heating appliance at a temperature of at least 150° C. for a sufficient time to modify the hair fibers.
