摘要:
The present disclosure provides for and relates to the identification of novel biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis of kidney cancer. The biomarkers of the invention show altered methylation levels of certain CpG loci relative to normal kidney tissue, as set forth.
摘要:
A system and methods are provided for controlling a motor of a rod pumping system using previous RPMs of the motor and predicting an RPM of the motor; correcting a power factor of a motor of a rod pumping system; allocating energy consumption and allocating energy generation for a set of wells connected to an electricity meter using an amount of energy generated by each well; and generating an alert if a set of data is beyond a threshold for the set of data.
摘要:
Biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis of prostate cancer are provided. The biomarkers are promoter sequences have altered methylation patterns relative to normal prostate tissue. Altered expression of DNA methyltransferases (DNMT) and proteins that interact with DNMT result in increased methylation at a subset of prostate tumor hypermethylation sites.
摘要:
The present disclosure provides for and relates to novel fusion proteins and polypeptides expressed by breast cancer and other cancer cells, and to compositions, materials and methods for detecting, characterizing and treating said breast and other cancers. In one embodiment, the fusion polypeptides are read-through fusion transcripts.

An LED lamp is provided in which the output light intensity of the LEDs in the LED lamp is adjusted based on the input voltage to the LED lamp. A dimmer control unit detects a type of dimmer switch during a configuration process. Using the detected dimmer type, the dimmer control unit generates control signals appropriate for the detected dimmer type to provide regulated current to the LEDs and to achieve the desired dimming effect. The LED lamp can be a direct replacement of conventional incandescent lamps in typical wiring configurations found in residential and commercial building lighting applications that use conventional dimmer switches.
