    摘要: A low-noise cooling apparatus is provided. The cooling apparatus includes an outer container and an inner container. A thermal insulation layer in a vacuum state is disposed between the outer container and the inner container. The inner container includes a Dewar containing a liquid refrigerant, a prepolarization coil arranged inside the inner container and immersed in the liquid refrigerant, a pick-up coil immersed in the liquid refrigerant, and a superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) electrically connected to the pick-up coil and immersed in the liquid refrigerant. The prepolarization coil is made of a superconductor.

    摘要: A ringing area detector classifies the input image into two regions: a mosquito noise region (i.e. filtering region) and a non-mosquito noise region (i.e. non-filtering region), and uses this classification information to adaptively remove the mosquito noise in a mosquito noise reduction system. The mosquito noise reduction system includes a ringing area detector, a local noise power estimator, a smoothing filter, and a mixer. The ringing area detector includes an edge detector, a near edge detector, a texture detector, and a filtering region decision block. The ringing detection block detects the ringing area where the smoothing filter is to be applied. The local noise power estimator controls the filter strength of the smoothing filter. The smoothing filter smoothes the input image. The mixer mixes the smoothed image and the original image properly based on the region information from the ringing area detection block.

    摘要: There is disclosed an adaptive de-interlacing method and apparatus based on a phase corrected field of an input interlaced picture signal, and a recording medium storing computer programs for executing the method. The method includes: generating a phase corrected kth field by compensating a phase of the kth field of the input interlaced picture signal by 1 line frequency; calculating a first motion vector between the phase corrected kth field and the (k−1)th field of the interlaced picture signal; calculating a second motion vector between the (k−1)th field and the (k+1)th field of the interlaced picture signal; and determining whether there is motion of the input picture based on the first and second motion vector values, and generating a kth progressive frame based on the result and the kth field. Thus, a serration phenomenon is minimized after de-interlacing by more exactly detecting the motion information of a corresponding inserted field.
