Abstract:
A destination recommendation system includes a map database storing facility data, a travel history database storing travel history data, a trip destination determination section, a calculation section, a search section, and an output portion. The trip destination determination section determines plural trip destinations corresponding to a hub position when the number or a frequency of a plurality of visits from the hub position to each of the trip destinations satisfies a predetermined condition. The calculation section calculates a distance or necessary travel time from the hub position to each trip destination, and calculates a mode value of the distance or the necessary travel time. The search section searches for a target facility that is located within a range of the mode value of the distance or the necessary travel time. The output portion outputs the target facility to a user.
Abstract:
A vehicle navigation system includes: a route guidance element for searching an optimum route from a current position of a vehicle to a destination according to a normal map data and for guiding the optimum route by displaying the optimum route on a map screen image of a display; a deviation route retrieving element for retrieving a deviation route, which has a possibility that a user may deviate from the optimum route and enter into the deviation route although the vehicle is incapable of driving along the deviation route; and an attention notification element for outputting attention notification information in order to prevent the user from entering into the deviation route when the route guidance element guides the optimum route.
Abstract:
A display control device is used in a vehicle to control a display of a head-up display The display control device acquires external information based on recognition of a traveling environment around the vehicle, and causes the head-up display to display a superimposition content for providing a route guidance to be superimposed on a foreground in a guidance area. Further, the display control device causes the head-up display to end a display of the superimposition content at a timing based on an end determination using at least the external information.
Abstract:
In a display control device for a head-up display in a vehicle, a boundary information regarding a boundary of a travel lane recognized for driving control of the vehicle is acquired, and guidance information used for route guidance is acquired. When an estimated trajectory content indicating an estimated trajectory of the vehicle controlled based on the boundary information and a route guidance content providing guidance on a route at a predetermined point based on the guidance information are displayed together, the estimated trajectory content and the route guidance content are displayed in different modes from each other, or a display range of the estimated trajectory content is limited to a range not beyond a predetermined point for the route guidance. As another example, when the guidance information is acquired during display of the estimated trajectory content, the route guidance content is displayed while hiding the estimated trajectory content.
Abstract:
In a living area data generation section, a road link having the number of times of traveling not less than a predetermined number of times is acquired based on travel history data, and a predetermined area including the road link is determined as a living area. In a user model generation section, based on the travel history data, the number of outings is acquired by necessary time for outing, according to whether the destination is in a living area or non-living area, and model data of user's outing pattern is generated. In a search condition determination section, based on the model data, a facility search range is determined, and a ratio between the numbers of facilities to be searched for from the living area and non-living area is determined as a search condition. In a facility search section, search is conducted for facilities conforming to the condition and to be presented.
Abstract:
In a display control device for a vehicle to control a display on a head-up display, when lane change information related to a lane change of the vehicle is acquired from a lane change control unit that controls the lane change of the vehicle, a lane change content indicating an estimated trajectory of the lane change is displayed to be superimposed on a road surface as a superimposition target based on the lane change information.
