摘要: A traction battery system of an electrically operable motor vehicle is configured in the form of an underfloor battery and has at least one first battery module and one second battery module. The traction battery system includes a battery assistant module that is designed for operating the battery modules. The battery modules and the battery assistant module, which have an assistant module housing, are oriented in series in relation to one another in the direction of a body longitudinal axis of a motor vehicle body, and can be arranged between a first sill and a second sill of the body. The battery assistant module has a load-transmitting element for transmitting forces acting on side elements of the body, which load-transmitting element extends from the first sill to the second sill in the direction of a body transverse axis of the body.

摘要: A traction battery module for a vehicle, with a battery housing, the battery housing having a preferably extruded housing part with hollow chambers formed in it, which extend alongside one another along a central longitudinal direction and are open at the ends. The hollow chambers respectively define a cooling channel. At least one cooling connection adapter is provided, having a non-circular outer circumferential surface in an insertion portion and having been introduced or pressed at the end into one of the hollow chambers with an inner circumferential surface corresponding to the outer circumferential surface of the insertion portion. A pressing engagement is formed, at least in certain portions, between the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface.

The receiving portions are arranged behind one another with respect to a vehicle longitudinal direction and are arranged at least partially at the same height with respect to a vehicle vertical direction. Here, a body transverse wall, which is of double-walled design at least in certain portions and which extends in the vehicle vertical direction and vehicle transverse direction, is arranged between the first and second receiving portion such that, in the event of an accident-induced displacement of the drive unit in the direction of the traction battery. The drive unit can be supported on the body transverse wall in a targeted manner.

The battery module housing includes a plurality of housing units for accommodating battery cells, as well as a front and a rear cover member for closing the housing units. 摘要: A device and method for cooling a battery management system (BMS). The BMS includes electronic components arranged inside a BMS housing. The BMS housing has at least one BMS coolant inflow connection for a coolant inflow and at least one BMS coolant outflow connection for a coolant outflow. A dielectric coolant flows around at least part of at least one electronic component inside the BMS housing. A high-voltage battery has the BMS and a plurality of battery modules that are strung together. Each battery module includes, on at least one module housing side, at least one coolant inflow connection for a coolant inflow. The high-voltage battery also includes a hollow section connected to the BMS and to the string of battery modules in a media-tight manner.

摘要: A high-voltage battery having a plurality of battery modules, coolant-carrying heat sinks for cooling the battery modules, a coolant supply line for supplying the coolant to the heat sinks via supply connections and discharge connections for discharging the coolant from the heat sinks to a coolant discharge line. In this high-voltage battery, the supply connections and the discharge connections respectively form a coolant distributor. The respective coolant distributor is connected to the heat sinks of the respective battery module.
