摘要: A motor vehicle traction battery module includes a rigid battery module housing having at least one battery element. The battery module housing has at least one planar and liquid-cooled housing. The liquid-cooled housing wall has at least one continuously linear coolant cooling channel and at least one continuously linear empty channel, which is parallel thereto and through which there is no liquid flowing. The liquid-cooled housing wall has a contact-making opening, by means of which exclusively the empty channel is interrupted, and wherein an electrical terminal element is arranged in the region of the contact-making opening, with electrical contact being made with at least one battery element by means of said electrical terminal element.

摘要: A battery device has at least one battery module including a battery module housing, in which battery module housing battery cells are provided. The battery cells each have a cell envelope with a cell vent. The battery module housing has a battery-module housing wall with battery-module housing vents. The battery-module housing vents are respectively assigned a first closure arrangement, which first closure arrangement closes the assigned battery-module housing vent in a first state (Z1) and opens it in a second state (Z2), in order to allow at least partial venting of gas from the battery module housing through the assigned battery-module housing vent in the second state (Z2) of the first closure arrangement. At least two of the cell vents respectively lie opposite an assigned battery-module housing vent, at least in certain regions.

摘要: A motor vehicle includes a traction battery module which has a hermetically sealed module housing in which at least one cell stack pair including a left-hand-side and a right-hand-side cell stack including, in each case, at least two battery cells is accommodated. The traction battery module is arranged in the vehicle floor and extends symmetrically in relation to the vehicle center (M) in the vehicle transverse direction (X). The traction battery module has a bottom wall in a horizontal plane. A gas space is formed in the module housing in the vehicle center (M) and between the left-hand-side cell stack and the right-hand-side cell stack with respect to the vehicle transverse direction (X). The module bottom wall has a degassing element centrally in the vehicle in the region of the gas space.

The hollow chambers respectively define a cooling channel. At least one cooling connection adapter is provided, having a non-circular outer circumferential surface in an insertion portion and having been introduced or pressed at the end into one of the hollow chambers with an inner circumferential surface corresponding to the outer circumferential surface of the insertion portion. A pressing engagement is formed, at least in certain portions, between the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface.

摘要: A method for filling a thermal paste into a battery module. The battery module includes a module housing with at least one cooling wall, at which a cooling plate can be arranged outside the module housing. At least one stack is formed by a plurality of uniformly stacked pouch cells. The at least one stack is arranged at the at least one cooling wall in the module housing. In proximity to at least one opening, a fold of at least one pouch cell is folded over toward the surface of pouch cell and glued, thereby forming a first flow channel between a stack cooling side and the cooling wall. The thermal paste is filled in through the opening and the thermal paste spreads homogeneously in the first flow channel.
