The manufacturing method of a mixed powder of the present invention includes a dissolving step of dissolving cystine and a specific component which is at least one selected from the group consisting of tryptophan, threonine, and serine in a solvent to obtain a solution containing the cystine and the specific component, and a powdering step of drying the solution to obtain a mixed powder of the cystine and the specific component.
