摘要: A battery management system for a vehicle is provided. The system is capable of preventing vehicle malfunction by preventing overcharge and over-discharge of a low-voltage battery by providing a controller that is configured to receive power transmitted from a first connection line and power transmitted from a second connection line. The battery management system includes a relay configured to electrically connect and disconnect power that is supplied from a battery to loads. The system also includes a controller configured to receive a first regular power transmitted through a connection line between the battery and the relay and a second regular power transmitted through a connection line between the relay and the loads. The controller is further configured to turn the relay on and off.

摘要: A system for managing a battery of a vehicle includes a first controller configured to control a power-on (IG ON) state and a power-off (IG OFF) state of a plurality of controllers in the vehicle and to be periodically woken up in the power-off (IG OFF) state to wake up at least some of the plurality of controllers, and a second controller configured to turn off a main relay connecting a first battery in the vehicle and a vehicle system when the power-off (IG OFF) state begins, to monitor a state of the first battery storing energy for generating power of the vehicle by maintaining power during a preset first reference time, to be woken up at a wake-up period of the first controller when the first reference time elapses, and to monitor the state of the first battery.

摘要: A method and system for detecting fusion of a relay are provided to more accurately diagnose fusion of a relay by adjusting relay OFF order when a vehicle engine is turned off using data regarding whether fusion of a relay was detected when the vehicle engine was turned on. The method includes detecting whether first and second relays have been fused when a vehicle engine was turned on and adjusting OFF order of the first and second relays when the vehicle engine is turned off based on whether the first and second relays have been fused.

摘要: A braking control system for a vehicle is provided. The system includes a motor providing rotational force to wheels of the vehicle and a first battery storing electric energy for driving the motor. An inverter is connected to the first battery via a DC link terminal and performs a bidirectional power conversion between the DC link terminal and the motor. A DC converter is connected to the DC link terminal to down-convert a voltage of the DC link terminal and output the down-converted voltage. A second battery is supplied with the voltage converted by the DC converter and has a voltage lower than that of the first battery. A controller operates the inverter and the DC converter to charge regenerative braking energy generated from the motor during braking of the vehicle in the first battery and the second battery.

摘要: A braking control system for a vehicle is provided.
