摘要: A battery management system for a vehicle is provided to prevent current consumption of a battery by operating a relay connected between the battery and electronic loads to prevent an over-discharge of the battery. The battery management system includes a sensing unit that is configured to measure a current and a voltage of a battery for a vehicle and a relay that is connected between the battery for the vehicle and electronic units of the vehicle. Additionally, a controller is configured to receive data from the sensing unit to turn off the relay.

摘要: A battery management system for a vehicle is provided. The system is capable of preventing vehicle malfunction by preventing overcharge and over-discharge of a low-voltage battery by providing a controller that is configured to receive power transmitted from a first connection line and power transmitted from a second connection line. The battery management system includes a relay configured to electrically connect and disconnect power that is supplied from a battery to loads. The system also includes a controller configured to receive a first regular power transmitted through a connection line between the battery and the relay and a second regular power transmitted through a connection line between the relay and the loads. The controller is further configured to turn the relay on and off.

摘要: A method and system for detecting fusion of a relay are provided to more accurately diagnose fusion of a relay by adjusting relay OFF order when a vehicle engine is turned off using data regarding whether fusion of a relay was detected when the vehicle engine was turned on. The method includes detecting whether first and second relays have been fused when a vehicle engine was turned on and adjusting OFF order of the first and second relays when the vehicle engine is turned off based on whether the first and second relays have been fused.

摘要: A vehicle power control method for jump-start uses a vehicle control system that includes a low voltage DC/DC converter for converting a voltage of a high voltage battery to a low voltage to be output and a junction box for connecting the low voltage DC/DC converter to an auxiliary battery and load. The vehicle power control method includes a jump-start preparation step in which when the auxiliary battery is in a discharge condition, a first relay, which connects or disconnects the junction box to or from the auxiliary battery, is turned off and a second relay, which connects or disconnects the junction box to or from a jump-start power supply connection terminal, is turned on; and a jump-start completion step in which, after a vehicle starts by a power inputted through the jump-start power supply connection terminal, the second relay is turned off, and the first relay is turned on.

摘要: The battery jump-starting method includes determining whether a vehicle is available for jump-start, turning off a switch controlling a relay when the vehicle is available for jump-start, and temporarily driving the vehicle in a state in which the switch is maintained in an OFF state when the vehicle is started. The battery jump-starting method enables a vehicle to temporarily drive when starting in a situation in which it is not possible to replace or charge a battery, upon determining whether the vehicle is available for jump-start.

摘要: A method for preventing a discharging of a battery is provided. In particular, the method prevents a discharging of a battery by adjusting a relay turn-off voltage of the battery based on a voltage drop speed of the battery. The method includes measuring a battery voltage after a turn-off of an ignition of a vehicle, calculating a voltage drop speed from the measured battery voltage, and comparing a storing and leaving interval of the battery that corresponds to the voltage drop speed with a set storing and leaving interval. When the storing and leaving interval of the battery is less than the set storing and leaving interval calculating a relay turn-off voltage is calculated and when the relay turn-off voltage is equal to the battery voltage, a relay is turned off.
