摘要: A system for managing a battery of a vehicle includes a first controller configured to control a power-on (IG ON) state and a power-off (IG OFF) state of a plurality of controllers in the vehicle and to be periodically woken up in the power-off (IG OFF) state to wake up at least some of the plurality of controllers, and a second controller configured to turn off a main relay connecting a first battery in the vehicle and a vehicle system when the power-off (IG OFF) state begins, to monitor a state of the first battery storing energy for generating power of the vehicle by maintaining power during a preset first reference time, to be woken up at a wake-up period of the first controller when the first reference time elapses, and to monitor the state of the first battery.

摘要: A pedal apparatus for a vehicle includes a pedal bracket fixed to a dashboard, a cowl bracket fixed to a cowl panel, and a pedal arm hinge-coupled to the pedal bracket and having a reverse-swivel protrusion and a pedal on both sides of the pedal arm. Also, a reverse-swivel lever is hinge-coupled to the pedal bracket, and on an upper side of the reverse-swivel lever has an extension extending upwards and being positioned in front of the cowl bracket, and, on a lower side of the reverse-swivel lever has a reverse-swivel pin positioned below the reverse-swivel protrusion.

摘要: An embodiment method includes determining whether a minimum temperature of a battery is equal to or less than a first temperature and whether an outside temperature is less than the minimum temperature, turning on a warming heater when the minimum temperature is equal to or less than the first temperature and the outside temperature is less than the minimum temperature, turning off the warming heater when a maximum temperature of the battery is equal to or higher than a predetermined second temperature higher than the first temperature and the minimum temperature of the battery is higher than the first temperature and exceeds a third temperature higher than the first temperature and lower than the second temperature, and turning off the warming heater when the maximum temperature exceeds a fourth temperature higher than the second temperature despite the minimum temperature being less than or equal to the third temperature.

摘要: A power control system and method for vehicle power outlets is provided which integrally controls power of power outlets mounted in a vehicle to improve the efficiency of power distribution in the vehicle and enable ordinary use of the power outlets while the vehicle is turned off. To this end, the power control system includes a startup power source configured to supply power to a plurality of power outlets mounted in a vehicle while the vehicle is turned on, a battery power source configured to supply power to the power outlet while the vehicle is turned off, and a controller configured to detect whether the vehicle is turned on, a battery charge capacity, and an electric current consumption quantity of each of the plurality of power outlets and determine a type of power that should be supplied to each power outlet and whether to supply power to each power outlet.

摘要: A polyurethane filter foam is provided herein. The polyurethane filter foam may have improved permeability by having both a small cell and a large cell in a range for maximizing the opening property of the foam. In some instance, this is achieved by specifically configuring and foaming a composition of polyether polyol and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) to manufacture the polyurethane foam. The polyurethane foam of the present invention can be manufactured without performing a reticulation process.
