    Abstract: An electric compressor including: a rotating shaft configured to drive a compression mechanism; a rotor configured to have a rotating shaft through-hole into which the rotating shaft is inserted; a cover configured to cover a longitudinal end of the rotor; and a stator configured to be installed on a radially outer side of the rotor. A plurality of slots into which a permanent magnet is inserted is formed to be spaced apart from each other in the rotor in a circumferential direction of the rotor. A cooling hole is formed in both ends of the slot, and the slot and the cooling hole are spatially separated. Refrigerant flows into the cooling hole and cools the permanent magnet. Accordingly, it is possible to improve the cooling performance of the permanent magnet.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a 3-phase connector integrated stator and an electric compressor including the same. The 3-phase connector integrated stator includes: a stator including a plurality of teeth formed to extend from a cylindrical core, insulators coupled to the core and the teeth so as to surround outer sides of the core and the teeth, and coils wound on outer sides of the insulators at the respective teeth; a motor cover coupled to an upper insulator in a central axis direction of the stator and having a connector coupling part protruding upwardly from an upper plate; and a 3-phase connector inserted into and coupled to the connector coupling part of the motor cover and having connection pins connected to 3-phase coils of the stator. Therefore, the 3-phase connector may be easily assembled to the stator, and the connector pins may be easily assembled to the 3-phase connector.

    Abstract: A varnish impregnation device including: a lower housing in which a stator is seated in an internal space thereof, the stator including a stator core which has a plurality of teeth protruding inward or outward and has a slot that is a space between the teeth. A coil winding passes through the slot and is wound around the teeth. A second cover member is coupled to an upper outer portion of the stator core. The lower housing has a plurality of varnish supply holes which is formed to pass up and down through a lower surface thereof, and the plurality of varnish supply holes communicates with the slot.

    Abstract: A varnish impregnation method of a stator coil winding. The varnish impregnation method includes: a first step of maintaining an inside of a vacuum chamber to be in a vacuum state; a second step of injecting varnish into a slot of a stator core through a varnish supply hole formed in a lower housing of the varnish impregnation device; a third step of causing an air pressure within the vacuum chamber to come to equilibrium with an external air pressure, discharging the varnish from the vacuum chamber, and transferring the varnish again to the varnish storage tank; a fourth step of stopping the operation of the air pump when the discharge of the varnish from the vacuum chamber is completed; and a fifth step of separating the stator from the varnish impregnation device, withdrawing the stator from the vacuum chamber, and curing the varnish in a curing device.

    Abstract: A compressor that includes a casing, a compression mechanism provided inside the casing to compress a refrigerant, a rotary shaft transmitting a rotational force to the compression mechanism from a drive source provided outside the casing, a clutch connecting the drive source and the rotary shaft by a magnetic force generated when electric power is applied to the clutch and disconnecting the drive source and the rotary shaft by losing the magnetic force when the electric power applied thereto is cut off, and a rotation measurement means for receiving the magnetic force from the clutch to measure a change in magnetic flux according to the rotation of the rotary shaft and measure a rotational speed of the rotary shaft. Thus, it is possible to measure the rotational speed of the rotary shaft without including a permanent magnet.

    Abstract: A rotor is for a permanent magnet embedded-type motor and a motor using the same. A rotor for a permanent magnet embedded-type motor includes a rotor core having a rotary shaft fixed to a center and having a plurality of magnet insertion holes formed to be spaced along a circumferential direction and a plurality of pairs of permanent magnets, respectively, inserted into each of the plurality of magnet insertion holes in a V-shape to be gradually spaced apart from each other toward a radially outer side. Each of the plurality of magnet insertion holes includes a pair of inner sides facing each other, and a barrier hole is formed to expand an inner space of each of the magnet insertion holes to protrude from the pair of inner sides, respectively.
