Abstract: A three-level neutral point clamped inverter includes four switch units. When an average value of an output current of the three-level neutral point clamped inverter is greater than a first current threshold or less than a second current threshold, only one of the four switch units is controlled to perform a high-frequency operation, to reduce power consumption caused by a high-frequency operation. The average value of the output current is an average value of the output current of the three-level neutral point clamped inverter in a switching cycle. The first current threshold is a positive number, and the second current threshold is a negative number. Power consumption caused by the high-frequency operation of the switch unit in the inverter may be reduced, and electric energy conversion efficiency of the inverter may be improved. A time period in which two switch units perform complementary operations at high frequency is very small.

Abstract: An inductor (100) is provided, and includes an inductor winding (10), a housing (20), and a thermally conductive packaging material (30). The inductor winding is disposed in the housing. The thermally conductive packaging material is potted in the housing to fill a gap between the inductor winding and the housing. The thermally conductive packaging material includes a first packaging layer (31) and a second packaging layer (32), and a coefficient of thermal conductivity of the first packaging layer is greater than a coefficient of thermal conductivity of the second packaging layer. The housing includes a heat dissipation wall (21) and a packaging wall (22), and the first packaging layer is closer to the heat dissipation wall than the second packaging layer. Heat generated by the inductor can be dissipated after being transmitted to each surface of the housing through the thermally conductive packaging material.

Abstract: A voltage conversion circuit includes: an inductor, a first switch module, N second switch modules connected in series, N third switch modules connected in series, and N−1 flying capacitors. One terminal of the first switch module is separately connected to one terminal of the N second switch modules connected in series and one terminal of the N third switch modules connected in series. The other terminal of the N third switch modules connected in series is connected to a positive electrode of a high-voltage power supply. The other terminal of the first switch module and the other terminal of the N second switch modules connected in series are connected to a negative electrode of the high-voltage power supply. A low-voltage power supply is connected to the two terminals of the first switch module through the inductor. In embodiments of this application, a higher boost ratio can be implemented.

Abstract: A three-level inverter includes controllable switch components T1 to T6. Each of the controllable switch components includes a parallel connected junction capacitor and an anti-parallel connected diode. A first terminal of T1 is connected to a positive direct current bus, a second terminal of T4 is connected to a negative direct current bus, a second terminal of T1 is connected to first terminals of T2 and T5. A controller is configured to: in a positive half cycle, control T3 to be conducted after T1 is conducted, and control T3 to be disconnected before T1 is conducted next time; and in a negative half cycle, control T2 to be conducted after T4 is conducted, and control T2 to be disconnected before T4 is conducted next time. The three-level inverter can balance voltages of the controllable switch components.

Abstract: A power converter box and at least one junction box are integrated on a backplane of the photovoltaic module as a whole, and there is a cable for connecting the power converter and the junction box. In this case, relative to the conventional technology in which a junction box is independent of a power converter, a length of a cable used when the junction box and the power converter box are taken as a whole is shorter than a length of a cable used in the conventional technology. In this case, compared with the conventional technology in which a cable is connected to an independently placed power converter, the power converter only needs to establish a connection relationship by using a solder ribbon, a circuit board cable, and the like with low costs, so that production costs are low.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose an inverter apparatus and an inverter apparatus control method. The inverter apparatus includes an inverter circuit and a control unit, and the control unit detects a driving mode of the inverter circuit based on a running state of the inverter circuit. When the inverter circuit outputs reactive power and an output current amplitude is greater than a current threshold, the control unit controls the inverter circuit in a full-bridge two-level bipolar control mode; and in other cases, the control unit controls the inverter circuit in a three-level control mode. This reduces a risk of breaking down horizontal bridge semiconductor switching devices by a voltage spike in an active turn-off process.
