Abstract:
Single-crystal diamond is composed of carbon in which a concentration of a carbon isotope 12C is not lower than 99.9 mass % and a plurality of inevitable impurities other than carbon. The inevitable impurities include nitrogen, boron, hydrogen, and nickel, and a total content of nitrogen, boron, and hydrogen of the plurality of inevitable impurities is not higher than 0.01 mass %. In order to manufacture single-crystal diamond, initially, a hydrocarbon gas in which a concentration of the carbon isotope 12C is not lower than 99.9 mass % is subjected to denitrification.
Abstract:
Nano polycrystalline diamond is composed of carbon, an element of different type which is an element other than carbon and is added to be dispersed in carbon at an atomic level, and an inevitable impurity. The polycrystalline diamond has a crystal grain size not greater than 500 nm. The polycrystalline diamond can be fabricated by subjecting graphite in which the element of different type which is an element other than carbon has been added to be dispersed in carbon at an atomic level to heat treatment within high-pressure press equipment.

The nano polycrystalline diamond can be fabricated by preparing graphite in which a concentration of an impurity is not higher than 0.01 mass % and converting graphite to diamond by applying an ultra-high pressure and a high temperature to graphite.

Abstract:
It is an object of the present invention to provide a useful inner structural supporter type run flat tire having enough structural strength for controlling the steering wheel to some extent when the tire goes flat and having easy structure for installing to the rim wheel. A wheel 10 has a flange 11 with a bead part of a tubeless tire fitted thereto and a container 12 having a diameter smaller than that of the flange 11, and comprises a rim valve for adjusting the air pressure of the tubeless tire, and a second rim valve for adjusting air pressure in an inner tire 20. The inner tire 20 is stored in the container 12. While the inner tire 20 is stored in the container 12, the tubeless tire 30 is fitted to the flange of the tire wheel 10, air is fed into the inner tire 20 via the second rim valve until the air pressure reaches a predetermined value, so the inner tire 20 is inflated inside the tubeless tire 30, and an inner tire is provided as the inner tire in the outer tubeless tire space.
Abstract:
A self-standing bag (1) comprising a bag body (2), a spout (3), and a reverse-recessed frame (4), wherein the spout (3) is provided at the upper portion of the bag body (2) composed of body films (2c, 2c) and a bottom film (2d) folded down on the bottom portion in a reverse V-shape, and integrally formed with the reverse-recessed frame (4) starting at the upper edge (2b) toward both side edges (2a, 2a) of the bag body (2), the bag body has fusion bonding parts at the lower edges and a part of each side edge of the bag body (2) which are fusion bonded to each other so that at least the bottom film (2d) can be fixed to the body films (2c, 2c).
Abstract:
A key top attachment structure which makes the key-top attachment work easy, prevents the key top from being taken off from the outside, and suppresses looseness of the key top. A spring (11) provided with a rectangular hole (14), and lock portions (12A, 12B and 13) in which corresponding stoppers (22A, 22B and 23) of a key top (2) are to be locked respectively, are provided in a casing (1) of a small-sized electronic equipment such as an inter-call receiver or the like. A protrusion (21) which pushes the spring (11) at the time of attachment, a protrusion (24) which abuts against the spring (11) after attachment, a protrusion (25) which turns on a switch (3) on a printed board (4), and the stoppers (22A, 22B and 23) are provided in the key top (2).
Abstract:
A closed loop is formed by loop antenna elements which equivalently function as inductance, a capacitor inserted in such a manner as to divide the loop antenna into the loop antenna elements, and an impedance-matching dividing element for tuning the antenna and establishing matching with a high-frequency circuit side. A subsidiary substrate with the capacitor mounted thereon is fixedly installed by a retaining pawl of an antenna holder, and is connected to the loop antenna elements by being soldered thereto at a pair of lands on the subsidiary substrate. As a result, it is possible to improve the effective gain of the antenna and effectively utilize the substrate space.
