    摘要: A novel peptide having molecular weight of 31,000 (SDS-PAGE) is obtained from aqueous extract of Natto or the culture of Bacillus natto by purification procedures including alcohol fractionation and/or salting out and hydrophobic chromatography, and the physicochemical properties, including the amino acid sequence, of the peptide are determined. The peptide is active in fibrinolysis, exhibits strong thrombolytic activity by oral administration and is useful as an oral thrombolytic agent.

    摘要: Two components, trypsin and kallidinogenase, in human urine are concentrated simultaneously by allowing human urine at neutral pH, collecting bubbles thus formed to obtain the concentrate of the two components, adjusting the concentrate to weak acidity, contacting the acidified concentrate with chitosan to allow the two components to be adsorbed onto chitosan, eluting the components from the adsorbent with aqueous ammonia solution, and neutralizing and heating the eluate at about 60.degree. C. for about 10 hours to make the eluate virus-free, followed by separating the components from the eluate.

    摘要: An airtight container manufacturing method includes the steps of exhausting an inside of a container through a through-hole provided in the container, and arranging a spacer member along a periphery of the through-hole on an outer surface of the container. Additional steps include arranging a plate member having, at its periphery, grooves penetrating the plate member in its plate thickness direction so that a sealant will flow from the grooves to a side surface of the spacer member, with the spacer member and the through-hole covered by the plate member, and a gap is formed along the side surface of the spacer member between the plate member and the outer surface of the container, and sealing the container by arranging a cover member to cover the plate member via a sealant. The sealing step includes hardening the sealant after deforming the sealant by pressing the plate member with the cover member so that the sealant flows between the cover member and the outer surface of the container via the grooves and the gap is infilled with the sealant.

    摘要: An ion implanter has a sample table on which a sample is placed, and means for injecting ions into the sample by applying an ion beam to the sample on the sample table. The ion implanter has magnetic field applying means for generating radial magnetic fields on the surface of the sample from near the center of the sample to outside of the outer periphery of the sample. The secondary electrons generated when the ion beam irradiates the sample table or the sample, including the secondary electrons generated from the sample table near the outer periphery of the sample, are trapped in the magnetic fields and transferred to the central portion of the sample. The secondary electrons are attracted by the electrostatic charge of the ions injected to the surface of the sample and recombine with the ions. Consequently, the electrostatic charge on the surface of the sample is decreased, preventing generation of device defects caused by electrostatic discharge damage.
