摘要: A sorting installation includes separate collection receptacles into which mail is sorted. The collection receptacles are automatically removed from the output stations of the installation and transported on a transport path to a peripheral transfer mechanism, in which the mail articles are removed from the collection receptacles with the aid of a gripper and are transferred into transport receptacles of the installation. The transfer mechanism is box-shaped and includes a hinged bottom that slides under the mail in the collection receptacles.

摘要: A sorting installation comprises a plurality of conveyed item carriers, circulating on at least one conveying mechanism, for receiving, transporting and controllably delivering the conveyed items. The conveyed item carriers are fastened by pairs on circulating transport carriages of the conveying mechanism. The transport carriages are guided by rollers on two profiles aligned at a vertical distance in relation to each other and extending in the transporting direction. The transport carriages are driven by an endlessly circulating transporting, cable. The conveying mechanism according to the invention forms, with little constructional complexity, a reliable transporting system by which the conveyed items can also be transferred to sorting containers arranged on different levels.

摘要: A sorting arrangement for flat items of mail, has a plurality of containers (1) which circulate in a conveying loop with at least two semicircular conveying sections (2) and are intended for laterally receiving, for transporting and for discharging in a controllable manner in each case one item of mail standing on a narrow side, and a plurality of depositing receptacles (4) which are arranged along the conveying arrangement, beneath the containers (1), and are open at the top. The lateral openings of the containers (1), for loading purposes, are located in the interior of the conveying loop, and the transporting element (7) of the material infeed is arranged within the conveying loop, and transports the items of mail into the lateral openings of the containers (1) in a horizontally aligned semicircular conveying section.

摘要: A sorting apparatus is provided which includes a plurality of article carriers which circulate on a conveying device. The article carriers are capable of discharging the articles in a controllable manner. Each article carrier includes a fixed wall and a movable wall. The movable wall forms, in a closed position, together with the fixed wall, a receiving pocket for the articles. The movable wall also forms, in a discharge position, together with the fixed wall, an injection slit which is open at the bottom of the pocket and which is intended to convey the articles downward through an injection chute formed by the movable wall. The movable wall engages a support structure such as a plurality of rollers or wheels for conveying the articles. The movable wall may also include a slit for receiving a distal end of the fixed wall to the two walls together in the closed position.

摘要: A sorting apparatus is disclosed which includes a plurality of carriers which circulate from an upper section of a conveying device to a lower section of the conveying device. The carriers are secured to circulating carriages that are driven by an endless cable that circulates in the two planes, or between the upper and lower sections of the conveying device. The upper and lower sections are connected by a vertically running deflection device which includes one wheel that connects a rear side of the upper section of the conveying device to a front side of the lower section of the conveying device as the cable proceeds from the upper section to the lower section. The vertically running deflection device also includes a second wheel which connects a rear side of the lower section of the conveying device to a front side of the upper section of the conveying device as the cable returns from the lower section to the upper section of the conveying device. The wheels rotate on roller systems and further include rubber inserts for smooth and quiet operation. As the cable and conveying carriages are circulated between the upper and lower sections, the cable and conveying carriages are extended around one of the wheels and pass through the same wheel on the return trip.

摘要: A method wherein the component to be soldered is placed onto the printed circuit board, whereupon the stirrup electrodes of the soldering mechanism are lowered and the terminal legs of the component are pressed against the printed circuit board with a force. After heating the stirrup electrodes for melting the solder, a further advance of the stirrup electrodes ensues for impressing the terminal legs into the molten solder. The formation of a solder layer between terminal legs and printed circuit board subsequently ensues by reducing the force exerted onto the stirrup electrodes and/or by defined retraction of the stirrup electrodes.

摘要: An apparatus for separating and transferring flat unit loads such as newspapers, periodicals and other publications is disclosed. The apparatus has a means for accepting a stack of unit loads and for offering the unit loads one-by-one at a fetching position. A drum is arranged rotatable about a longitudinal axis and has a perimeter surface adjacent the fetching position. The drum has at least one suction opening formed in the perimeter surface for seizing the next available unit load from the stack at the fetching position and for holding the unit load to the drum perimeter surface as the drum rotates to an ejection position. A conveyor means is disposed adjacent the ejection position for receiving the separated unit load from the drum and for transporting the unit load away. The apparatus is also suitable for separating and transferring unpackaged newspapers, periodicals, other publications and the like.

摘要: A transfer apparatus for transferring items from a first conveying device to moving assigned item carriers carried on a second conveying device is disclosed. The item carriers and the second conveying device move in a second transporting direction which is opposite to a first transporting direction of the first conveying device. The transfer apparatus includes a transfer member which includes a continuous circulating conveying belt and a continuous circulating pressure-exerting belt. The transfer member receives items from the first conveying device between the two belts and discharges them through a discharge region to the moving item carriers. The discharge region of the transfer member pivots along the second transporting direction of the item carriers. The transfer member is aligned with the second conveying device so that items are discharged through the discharge region to the assigned item carriers without movement of the discharge region in a direction which would be out of alignment with the second transporting direction.
