Abstract: A honeycomb structure body, which includes a honeycomb body and a skin layer, the honeycomb body including axially extending channels defined by a porous wall, wherein a radial path of a radial section of the honeycomb body from a central axis to the skin layer consists of a porous wall inner section and a porous wall outer section in sequence, an average wall thickness of inner porous walls provided in the porous wall inner section is smaller than an average wall thickness of outer porous walls provided in the porous wall outer section, and a length of the porous wall inner section in the radial path accounts for 71%-95%. The specific structure of the honeycomb structure body not only increases the strength of the honeycomb structure body, but also ensures good thermal shock resistance and small back pressure.

Abstract: A red zirconium-oxide sintered body includes oxide of cerium, auxiliary metal oxide and oxide of zirconium, wherein the auxiliary metal oxide includes any one or a combination of at least two of oxide of yttrium, oxide of magnesium, oxide of calcium and oxide of ytterbium; the red zirconium-oxide sintered body satisfies conditions that the oxide of cerium has a content of 0.2˜1.5 mol %; the oxide of cerium comprises trivalent cerium oxide; a sum of contents of the oxide of cerium and the auxiliary metal oxide is 1.1˜2.5 mol %; and the sintered body has fracture toughness≥8 MPa·m1/2. The zirconium-oxide sintered body has red appearance and toughness more than 8 MPa·m1/2, and can be used for products such as mobile phone backboards, ornaments and dial plates.

Abstract: Provided is a high-light transmittance zirconia sintered body, prepared by processing and forming a material for the high-light transmittance zirconia sintered body, and then performing high-temperature sintering in the atmosphere under normal pressure. The material for a high-light transmittance zirconia sintered body is prepared from zirconia powder and α-aluminum oxide as raw materials, wherein the molar percentage of yttrium oxide in the zirconia powder is 4-6%. The high-light transmittance zirconia sintered body can be used for preparing a fixed dental prosthesis. The zirconia sintered body has a grain size of 0.1-0.7 μm, and due to the dispersion and toughening by aluminum oxide, the zirconia sintered body has a higher strength and toughness. Pores in the zirconia powder can be eliminated by adding aluminum oxide. The zirconia sintered body has a higher light transmittance, and the prepared dentures are good in texture, good in jade-like appearance, and closer to the human teeth.

Abstract: A black zirconia sintered body is obtained by processing and forming a powder for the black zirconia sintered body, and then sintering the same at a high temperature and normal pressure in the atmosphere. The powder for the black zirconia sintered body is prepared by a hydrothermal synthesis method using a soluble zirconium salt, a soluble yttrium salt and a color former as raw materials, wherein the molar ratio of the soluble zirconium salt, the soluble yttrium salt and the color former is 90-95:1-5:1-9. The black zirconia sintered body can be used in ceramic processes.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a zirconia resin-based dispersion liquid, a UV-curable adhesive, a preparation method and use thereof, which relates to the technical field of optical film preparation. The zirconia resin-based dispersion liquid is mainly composed of modified zirconia particles and resin, wherein the surface of the modified zirconia particles has hydrogen bond donor groups, and the grafted amount of the hydrogen bond donor groups on the surface of the zirconia particles is 1-20 wt %. The modified zirconia particles in the above zirconia resin-based dispersion liquid can not only increase the liposolubility of the zirconia particles due to the introduction of hydrogen bond donor groups on the surface, but also have the hydrogen bond interaction with alkoxy bisphenol A resin (BPA resin), thereby increasing the compatibility and stability of the zirconia resin-based dispersion liquid and the BPA resin.

Abstract: A thermal shock resistant and asymmetric honeycomb ceramic wall-flow filter includes an inlet honeycomb ceramic surface and an outlet honeycomb ceramic surface. Inlet channels and outlet channels are provided on both the inlet honeycomb ceramic surface and the outlet honeycomb ceramic surface. The inlet channels are in communication with the outlet channels. Outlet ends of the inlet channels and inlet ends of the outlet channels are sealed. An inner diameter of the inlet channel is greater than that of the outlet channel. A cross-section of the inlet channel is a square, or two adjacent edges are connected by two connecting lines, or two adjacent edges are connected by two connecting lines or a circular arc located between the two connecting lines. The filter has good mechanical properties, low back pressure, and excellent thermal shock resistance.
