摘要： An ultraviolet curable organopolysiloxane composition which contains: (A) a linear or branched organopolysiloxane which contains, as monovalent substituents bonded to a silicon atom at an end of the molecular chain, at least three groups represented by formula (1) and/or formula (2) in each molecule, while having the main chain composed of repeated diorganosiloxane units (in the formulae, a represents a number of 1-3; and the broken line represents a bonding hand); (B) a linear or branched organopolysiloxane which contains at least two groups represented by formula (3) in each molecule, while having the main chain composed of repeated diorganosiloxane units R1bR23-bSi (3) (in the formula, R1 represents an alkenyl group; R2 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group; and b represents a number of 1-3); and (C) a photoinitiator. With use of this ultraviolet curable organopolysiloxane composition, the hardness of a cured product obtained therefrom is easily controlled, and good surface curability and good curability in deep portions are achieved even in the presence of oxygen. Consequently, this ultraviolet curable organopolysiloxane composition enables the achievement of a silicone gel (a gel-like cured product) which has been cured at a substantially uniform crosslinking density (with a substantially uniform penetration) without depending on the irradiance of ultraviolet light (the amount of irradiation energy).

The dealcoholization room-temperature curable organopolysiloxane composition has good curability and storage stability even when the composition does not contain a metal catalyst, is less toxic to the human body and is environmentally friendly, is cost-competitive, and has good rubber physical properties and adhesiveness after being cured.

(Ar is a mesogen group selected from the structure represented by the following formulas. a represents a positive number from 0.5 to 1, b represents a number from 0 to 0.5 (with the caveat that a and b each represent the ratio of each number of repeating units in molecules, and a+b=1). R1 is independently a monovalent hydrocarbon group which does not independently include a C1-8 aliphatic unsaturated bond. R2 is independently a hydrogen atom, —Si(CH3)3, —Si(CH3)2(OH), —Si(CH3)2(CH═CH) or —Si(CH3)2(CH2—CH═CH2)).This heat dissipation material has excellent thermal conductivity, and further shows good thermoplastic properties and has excellent moldability, and hence can be suitably used as a resin material for heat dissipation materials and semiconductor devices and electronic parts in particular.

摘要： This organopolysiloxane composition, when cured at room temperature by moisture in the atmosphere, provides a silicone rubber cured product having good self-adhesiveness to a magnesium alloy. Furthermore, a novel compound, having an alkoxysilyl group and a carboxylic acid silyl ester group per molecule, can have improved adhesiveness/bonding properties with respect to a base material due to the effect of carboxylic acid after hydrolysis thereof.

摘要： Provided is a silicone gel composition containing, as essential components: (A) an organopolysiloxane containing an alkenyl group bonded to two or more silicon atoms in one molecule, the organopolysiloxane comprising (a-1) a branched organopolysiloxane having an alkenyl group bonded to three or more silicon atoms only at an end of a molecular chain in one predetermined molecule, and (a-2) a linear organopolysiloxane having an alkenyl group bonded to two or more silicon atoms only at both ends of a molecular chain in one predetermined molecule; (B) a linear organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing hydrogen atoms bonded to two or more silicon atoms in one predetermined molecule; and (C) a platinum-based curing catalyst. Curing the silicone gel can provide a silicone gel cured product which has a degree of penetration of 40-100 as defined according to JIS K2220, has a free oil content of 15 mass % or less, has a low modulus and low stress, and does not exhibit oil bleeding over time.
