A method and apparatus for managing group e-mails in an electronic device is provided. A group e-mail message including a request to receive a reply e-mail by a first time may be transmitted to e-mail addresses of at least two recipients. It is automatically determined whether reply e-mails are received from the at least two recipients by a second time. When there is at least one recipient from whom the reply e-mail was not received by the second time, a reminder e-mail is transmitted to the at least one recipient from whom the reply e-mail is not received.

An electronic apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a housing and a display exposed through one surface of the housing. The display is configured to detect a touch or gesture input and has a first radius. The electronic apparatus also has a processor and a memory which stores instructions executed to allow the processor to display a first region and a second region on the display, in which the first and the second regions are distinguished by a first curve having a second radius. Further, the processor may display first information on at least one part of the first region on the display, display second information on at least one part of the second region on the display, and change at least one part of the displayed first information in response to an input of selecting the at least one part of the second region.

Various embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and a device for managing an operation mode of an electronic device which uses a low power wide area network (LPWAN). According to various embodiments of the present invention, the electronic device comprises: a communication circuit for providing wireless communication by means of LPWAN; a state detection circuit for monitoring the movement of the electronic device; a location measuring circuit for detecting the location of the electronic device; a processor electrically connected to the communication circuit, the state detection circuit and the location measuring circuit; a memory electrically connected to the processor and storing instructions enabling the processor to transmit, using the communication circuit, at least one message including the location; and a battery for supplying power to the communication circuit, the state detection circuit, the location measuring circuit, the processor and the memory, wherein the electronic device may be configured so as to operate in one state among a first state or a second state on the basis of the monitored movement, wherein, in the first state, the electronic device transmits the message in intervals of a first time, and maintains the processor in a low-power or sleep mode during all other times, and in the second state, the processor is in the low-power or sleep mode, and after the monitored movement exceeds a threshold value during a first selected duration, the processor wakes up and transmits the message. A method for providing a notification and/or an electronic device thereof are provided. The electronic device may include an output device, a communication circuitry, and a processor. The processor may be configured to receive a first notification from a first external electronic device via the communication circuitry, receive a second notification from a second external electronic device via the communication circuitry, determine whether the first notification and the second notification match, and when the first notification and the second notification match each other, output an output signal corresponding to a selected notification among the first notification and the second notification through the output device and/or an external output device operatively coupled to the electronic device, and disregard a non-selected notification among the first notification and the second notification.
