    摘要: The present invention has an object of providing a high-speed, low-cost, and user-friendly information processing system that can ensure scalability of memory capacity. The information processing system is configured to include an information processing device, a volatile memory, and a nonvolatile memory. By serially connecting the information processing device, the volatile memory, and the nonvolatile memory and reducing the number of connection signals, processing speed is increased while maintaining the scalability of memory capacity. When transferring data of the nonvolatile memory to the volatile memory, error correction is performed, thereby improving reliability. The information processing system including the plurality of chips is configured as an information-processing system module in which the chips are alternately stacked and arranged, and wired by a ball grid array (BGA) or by bonding between the chips.

    摘要: The present invention has an object of providing a high-speed, low-cost, and user-friendly information processing system that can ensure scalability of memory capacity. In a process for enzymatically producing physiological active dietary sterol fatty acid esters (step 124) from sterols derived from vegetable (step 100) and fatty acids (step 102) or fats and oils containing triacylglycerol as the main component (step 202) employing lipase as a catalyst, according to the present invention, the synthetic reaction of sterol fatty acid esters by the lipase is carried out for a predetermined time period in a system at a predetermined temperature and water content, enzyme inactivation treatment, dehydration treatment and enzyme protein removal treatment are carried out, and unreacted sterols and fatty acids are removed by molecular distillation treatment (step 110), coloring components are removed by treatment with an adsorbent (step 116), odorous components are removed by steam distillation treatment (step 122), and dietary sterol fatty acid esters superior in sensory properties and safety (step 124) is obtained.

    摘要: A process for enzymatically producing, from a vegetable oil deodorizer distillate, a dietary sterol fatty acid ester superior in flavor qualities (e.g., color, odor and taste) and safety and containing no or little trans fatty acids, wherein the conditions for treatment of the starting material, synthetic reaction and subsequent purification are controlled so that the sterol fatty acid ester becomes applicable as a daily food material, a health food material or a pharmaceutical material. In the process, fatty acid esters, e.g., triacylglycerol, in the vegetable oil deodorizer distillate are previously degraded by hydrolysis with a chemical catalyst, fatty acids produced in the hydrolysis are removed by molecular distillation to give a sterol-containing fraction. The sterol-containing fraction is added with any fat and oil primarily comprising triacylglycerol. The mixture is used as the starting material, and the synthetic reaction is performed under strictly controlled conditions using a lipolytic enzyme. The resulting product undergoes several steps of purification process to provide qualities suitable for a food material.
