摘要: This invention provides a rotary electric machine with a high productivity/maintainability.Since the shaft portion 43 or the stepwise drawn portion is formed with a flat face 47 perpendicular to the rotational axis, when the magnetic poles 42 are bonded to the rotor 40, an accurate gap control can be achieved by applying a certain pressure to the magnetic poles with a jig or the like using the perpendicular flat face 47 as reference, or by controlling the distance from the perpendicular flat face 47.

摘要: A rotary electric machine comprises a rotating shaft 7 rotatably supported by bearings 2, 3, a rotor 23 attached integrally with the rotating shaft 7, and a stator 5 arranged facing the rotor 23. The stator 5 includes a plurality of coils arranged substantially in a circular (annular) form in a rotating direction of the rotating shaft 7. The rotor 23 includes a circular-disc rotor yoke 26 made of a ferromagnetic material, such as iron. Depressed portions and raised portions 28 on a surface of the rotor yoke 26 facing the stator 5, except for the center portion, are arranged in a circumferential direction of the rotor yoke 26. N-pole magnets 29 and S-pole magnets 30 are alternately arranged in the depressed portions 27. Therefore, in addition to torque generated by the magnets 29, 30, reluctance torque is generated between the raised portions 28 on the rotor yoke side 26 and the teeth on the stator side 25, thus making it possible to increase the range of rotation speeds of the motor.

摘要: The present invention restrains generation of an eddy current caused by leaked magnetic flux, and reduces iron loss due to the eddy current. A tooth 61 is mounted to a stator yoke 60 in a state in which at least part of it (a portion 81 to be inserted into the yoke) is inserted into an insertion hole 75 formed through the magnet-opposed surface of the stator yoke 60, and the cross-sectional area S1 (See FIG. 6A) of the portion 81 of the tooth 61 to be inserted into the yoke, which is taken perpendicularly with respect to lines of magnetic force B1 generated at the tooth 61 when a coil 62 is energized, is larger than the cross-sectional area S2 (See FIG. 6B) of the portion 82 to be disposed within the coil of the tooth 61, which is taken perpendicularly with respect to the lines of the magnetic force B1.
