摘要: This invention provides a rotary electric machine with a high productivity/maintainability.Since the shaft portion 43 or the stepwise drawn portion is formed with a flat face 47 perpendicular to the rotational axis, when the magnetic poles 42 are bonded to the rotor 40, an accurate gap control can be achieved by applying a certain pressure to the magnetic poles with a jig or the like using the perpendicular flat face 47 as reference, or by controlling the distance from the perpendicular flat face 47.

摘要: A rotary electric machine capable of optionally adjusting output characteristic and an electric motor vehicle using the rotary electric machine are provided. A rotary electric machine is constituted with: a rotary shaft 220; a rotor 40 connected to the rotary shaft 220; a stator 31 placed opposite the rotor 40; a stepping motor 60 serving as an adjusting motor for adjusting the position of the rotor 40 relative to the stator 31 in the rotary axis direction; and a movable member 47 or the like that is engaged to the rotor 40 and converts the rotation of the adjusting motor 60 into the displacement of the movable member 47 in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 220.

摘要: The present invention restrains generation of an eddy current caused by leaked magnetic flux, and reduces iron loss due to the eddy current. A tooth 61 is mounted to a stator yoke 60 in a state in which at least part of it (a portion 81 to be inserted into the yoke) is inserted into an insertion hole 75 formed through the magnet-opposed surface of the stator yoke 60, and the cross-sectional area S1 (See FIG. 6A) of the portion 81 of the tooth 61 to be inserted into the yoke, which is taken perpendicularly with respect to lines of magnetic force B1 generated at the tooth 61 when a coil 62 is energized, is larger than the cross-sectional area S2 (See FIG. 6B) of the portion 82 to be disposed within the coil of the tooth 61, which is taken perpendicularly with respect to the lines of the magnetic force B1.

A plurality of inter-pole sections extend circumferentially between adjacent magnetic poles out of the plurality of magnetic poles. The inter-pole sections have tooth-opposed surfaces that are recessed relative to the surfaces of the magnetic poles opposite the teeth in the direction of the revolving shaft. The plurality of magnetic poles and the plurality of inter-pole sections are integrally formed.

摘要: A rotating electric machine whose output characteristics can be easily and freely adjusted and varied even in operation. The rotating electric machine is received in a housing of an electrically driven two-wheeled vehicle. A rotating shaft is connected to a rotor so as to form an axle. A stator is positioned opposite a rotor. A movable member is connected to a rotating member rotated about the rotating shaft by a regulating motor. The movable member is moved in the axial direction of the rotating shaft by the rotation of the rotating member. This movement causes the rotor to be rotatingly moved in the axial direction o the rotating shaft, changing relative position of the rotor and the stator.
