    摘要: A rotation angle sensor includes: (a) a multi-resolver housing with a high precision structure; (b) stator terminals that do not cause deformation or loosening of terminal pins from the substrates to which they are attached; and (3) a signal line connection structure that is not affected by thermal stress. The housing (10) includes divisional housings (10a, 10b), and one resolver is installed in each of the divisional housings (10a, 10b). The divisional housings (10a, 10b) are assembled by aligning respective openings therein in an axial direction. The lead lines of stator windings are connected to printed circuit substrates (51) installed on insulators (20a, 20b) , and pins (54) connect the printed circuit substrates (51) to a connecting signal output line via flexible connectors (61, 64).

The magnetic rotor is axially spaced on a shaft from the rotor transformer. The ends of the single wire are electrically connected together at a junction, and the junction is fixed to the rotor transformer with resin.

    摘要: A magnetic resolver includes a stator core made of magnetic material, coils, and a rotor. The stator core has a base plate and protrusions formed integrally with the base plate so as to protrude from a surface of the base plate in the thickness direction. The coils are provided around the respective protrusions. The rotor is disposed so as to face the surface of the base plate with the coils interposed therebetween. The overlapping area between the rotor and each of the protrusions changes with a change in a rotation angle of the rotor relative to the stator core. The stator core has through-holes that pass through the base plate and the respective protrusions in the thickness direction.

    摘要: An angle detecting device has a combined structure of plural resolvers, but is simple and is easily produced, and has redundancy reducing the risk of failure. The angle detecting device has two resolvers which are combined in the axial direction and has a stator core 100. The stator core 100 is formed by laminating a first stator core 103 on a second stator core 104. The first stator core 103 is provided with plural salient poles 101 which extend to a center of an axis. The second stator core 104 is provided with plural salient poles 102 which extend to the center of the axis. The salient poles 101 and 102 differ in position when viewed from the axial direction, and the salient poles 102 are positioned between the adjacent salient poles 101 when viewed from the axial direction.
