The system comprises a charging system comprising a charging circuitry and a monitoring circuitry, coupled to the battery pack that is configured to transmit a charging time to a charging station; transmit the state-of-health of the battery pack to the charging station; determine a rate of charge based on the state-of-health of the battery pack; and supply power for the charging time at the rate of charge, by the charging station; wherein the battery pack is maximally charged within the charging time at the rate of charge.
