摘要: A device for fixing a flat tire (30) in an automobile which has an accommodating space (5) behind a bucket seat (1) in which the bucket seat is accommodated which has been folded, comprises: a flat tire fixing threaded member (34); a vehicle body screw hole (20) which is located near the front edge of the accommodating space (5), and is threadably engaged with the threaded member (34); and a bracket (40) which has a first screw hole (42) which is threadably engaged with the vehicle body screw hole (20), and a second screw hole (44a) with which the flat tire fixing threaded member (34) is threadably engaged. In the case where the bucket seat is folded and accommodated, with the vehicle body screw hole 20 set in alignment with one of the bolt holes of the flat tire (30) the latter (30) is fixedly secured to the vehicle body screw hole (20) by means of the threaded member (34). In the case where the bucket set is held raised, with the first screw hole (42) of the bracket (40) set in alignment with the vehicle body screw hole (20) the bracket (40) is threadably engaged with the vehicle body (3), and thereafter with one of the bolt holds of the flat tire (30) set in alignment with the second screw hole (44a) of the bracket (40) the flat tire (30) is secured to the second screw hole (44a) by means of the threaded member (34).

摘要: In a vehicle body structure, a frontal crash performance is improved by establishing a transmission path of a frontal crash load by a floor frame (28) without increasing the weight of the vehicle body, manufacturing cost or the number of welding spots. The floor frame (28) is attached to a lower surface of a floor panel (12), and extends from a rear end of a front side frame (20) from a longitudinally intermediate part of the floor panel. A rear part of the floor panel is formed with a side bead (34) extending in a fore and aft direction in alignment with the floor frame. The rear end of the floor frame is connected to the front end of the side bead via a slope section (32) of the floor panel, and the rear end of the side bead is connected to a middle cross member (18) extending laterally along the rear edge of the floor panel.

摘要: The balustrade comprises glass panels arranged on opposite sides of the passenger conveyor steps circulating endlessly, guide frames each of which has a U-shaped recess and is mounted on and bonded to the upper edge portion of the glass panel by adhesive, with the upper edge portion being inserted in the U-shaped recess so that both ends of the glass panel project from the ends of the guide frame, joint frames each of which has the same cross-section as the guide frame and is disposed in a gap formed between the adjacent guides by arranging the glass panel with the guide frame in an end-to-end relation, coupling plates disposed on both sides of the guide frames and joint frame to sandwich them and means for fastening the coupling plates. The guide frames and the joint frame, which support handrails circulating endlessly, are firmly and easily secured to the glass panels with simple construction.

摘要: An ionization detector which ionizes particles of a substance to be easily ionized and then measures the number of the ionized particles as ionization current. The detector comprises a heater for ionizing particles, a collector disposed opposite to the heater for collecting ionized particles, and a control arrangement for controlling the temperature of the heater to a constant value. Thus, by preventing the fluctuation of the temperature of the heater due to the fluctuations of the voltage of the power source and of the flow of a cooling fluid which is detected as the ionized particles, an exact measurement of the number or concentration of ionized particles can be performed.

摘要: An exposure device is provided. The exposure device includes an alignment stage unit, an exposure processing unit and a workpiece moving mechanism. The alignment stage unit includes: an alignment stage that holds a workpiece having workpiece marks thereon; at least one first alignment microscope that detects the workpiece marks of the workpiece; and a first moving mechanism that relatively moves the alignment stage and the first alignment microscope in an 1-axis direction by a width of the workpiece. The exposure processing unit includes: a mask stage that holds a mask having mask marks thereon; a second alignment microscope that detects the mask marks of the mask; and an exposure stage that holds the workpiece. The workpiece moving mechanism moves the workpiece from the alignment stage unit to the exposure processing unit.

摘要: A combustion chamber defined by a recess formed in the top of a piston in the direction of the central axis thereof with its geometry being progressively enlarged in the direction of the recess. The intensities of swirl flow and squish flow are optimized by letting the two flows interact with each other in the upstream side so as to optimize the air flow in the combustion chamber overall. In the meantime, fuel is atomized and injected through a fuel injection nozzle means, which has five or more nozzle holes, toward the side wall of the combustion chamber so as to circumferentially divide the chamber by the fuel sprays into five or more approximately equal sections. Thus, uniform dispersion and distribution of fuel, together with the optimized flow of air, is achieved in the combustion chamber, whereby the air utilization rate is raised and the combustion unburnt particulate matters are decreased.
