    Abstract: Disclosed is a power determination method, including: a first communication node determines power information according to at least one of signaling information and an agreed rule, where the power information includes at least one of: first-type power information associated with a first-type channel or signal, second-type power information associated with a second-type channel or signal, or third-type power information associated with the first-type channel or signal; where an acquisition parameter of the first-type power information comprises the second-type power information, and an acquisition parameter of the third-type power information do not comprise the second-type power information; and where the first-type channel or signal is a channel or a signal between the first communication node and a second communication node, and the second-type channel or signal is a channel or a signal between the first communication node and one or more third communication nodes.

    Abstract: A method for compressing a local feature descriptor includes that: at least one local feature descriptor of a target image is selected; and multi-stage vector quantization is carried out on the selected at least one local feature descriptor according to a pre-set code book, and the local feature descriptor is quantized as a feature code stream, wherein the feature code stream includes serial numbers of code words obtained by means of the multi-stage vector quantization.     Abstract: Provided are a V2X communication method and device. The method includes: acquiring user attribute information; determining a detection parameter for detecting first V2X information according to the user attribute information, and detecting the first V2X information according to the detection parameter; and/or determining a sending parameter for sending second V2X information according to the user attribute information, and sending the second V2X information according to the sending parameter. The solution solves the problems of resource congestion and limited energy which are prone to occur in V2X communication in the related art, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the reliability of V2X communication, implementing congestion control and saving energy.

    Abstract: A grooming method and apparatus for a packet optical transport network are disclosed.
