Provided are an information notification method, a communication node, and a storage medium. The information notification method includes determining the position of a resource, where the resource is configured to send notification information, the resource includes at least a time domain resource and a frequency domain resource, the frequency domain resource being located in a downlink bandwidth part (BWP), the notification information is configured to indicate that multicast control channel (MCCH) information is updated, the notification information is configured by using downlink control information (DCI) of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), and the PDCCH is sent in a common search space in the downlink BWP; and sending position information of the resource to a second communication node, and sending the notification information on the resource.

The method includes: confirming, by a transmitting terminal, activation/deactivation of PC5 HARQ retransmission; and retransmitting, by the transmitting terminal according to negative acknowledgement response information from a receiving terminal, V2X service data to the receiving terminal over PC5.

A method and device for managing vehicles in Internet of Vehicles (IOV) are provided. The method includes: acquiring, by a leading vehicle in the IOV, management authority from a network side equipment, the management authority is authority of the leading vehicle for managing a vehicle group to which the leading vehicle belongs, and the vehicle group includes a plurality of vehicles; managing, by the leading vehicle, the vehicle group to which the leading vehicle belongs according to the management authority. The present disclosure solves the problem in the related art that the network side equipment fails to allocate and release resources for vehicles in the IOV timely, thereby improving the efficiency in managing vehicles in the IOV.

Provided are method and apparatus for sending V2X service, and method and apparatus for configuring resources. The method for sending V2X service includes that a first OBU acquires sending resources for sending a V2X service, where the sending resources include resources required for sending V2X service data and scheduling information of the V2X service, the scheduling information is used for specifying information required for resource scheduling for the V2X service data; and the first OBU sends, on the sending resources, the scheduling information and the V2X service data to a second OBU. Frequency-domain multiplexing is performed in a same subframe in the sending resources for scheduling information and the V2X service data, and the scheduling information specifies that resource configuration is performed, in same and/or different subframes, for the V2X service data.

The technical solutions described herein provide a resource configuration method, system, and apparatus for a single-cell multicast control channel (SC-MCCH). An example method comprises: a base station sends a system broadcast message, wherein the system broadcast message carries configuration information of an SC-MCCH configured by the base station, the configuration information comprising: an SC-MCCH modification period (MP) and time-domain position information of the SC-MCCH; the base station sends frequency-domain scheduling information of the SC-MCCH over a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) of a subframe where the SC-MCCH is located, wherein the frequency-domain scheduling information comprises at least one of: frequency-domain position information of the SC-MCCH and a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) of the SC-MCCH.

Disclosed are a method and apparatus for grouping vehicles in Internet of Vehicles. The method comprises: a designated vehicle within a coverage area of a road-side unit (RSU) satisfying a preset condition receives first indication information of the RSU, the first indication information being set for indicating the designated vehicle to be a vehicle having a management permission to manage a vehicle group to which the designated vehicle pertains; or designated vehicles outside the coverage area of the RSU satisfying a preset condition negotiate to decide a final designated vehicle; the designated vehicle periodically broadcasts a first message set for performing vehicle grouping to the vehicles within the coverage of the RSU and/or outside the coverage of the RSU; the designated vehicle receives a second message in response to the first message; and the designated vehicle groups vehicles that send the second message to a vehicle group.

A method, device and system are described for updating triggering information of an MTC device group. The method includes: an SCS is connected with a BM-SC through a GCS AS, and sends a request message for updating triggering information of the MTC device group to the BM-SC; and the BM-SC performs a corresponding operation on group triggering information to be updated, and sends a response message of updating success to the SCS after completing the corresponding operation if the group triggering information to be updated has not been sent to the MTC device group and a valid time of the group triggering information to be updated has not been exceeded; and sends a response message of updating failure to the SCS if the valid time of group triggering information to be updated has been exceeded or group triggering information to be updated has been sent to the MTC device group.

An embodiment of the present invention discloses a method for controlling presentation of an application. The method comprises: a first client sending, to a server, a purchase request carrying the allowed number of times of using an application (APP); the server generating an APP redeeming code according to the purchase request, storing a correspondence between the APP redeeming code and the allowed number of times of use, and returning the APP redeeming code to the first client; the first client sending the APP redeeming code to a second client; the server receiving a redeeming request sent by the second client and carrying the APP redeeming code, and after the server determines that the redeeming is allowed according to the allowed number of times of use corresponding to the APP redeeming code, the server sending downloading information of a corresponding APP to the second client. Embodiments of the prevent invention also provide a device and a system for controlling presentation of an application.
