摘要: An electrochemical device includes a positive electrode and an electrolyte. The positive electrode includes a positive current collector and a positive electrode material layer disposed on at least one surface of the positive current collector. After the electrochemical device is charged and discharged for a first cycle, a number of pores in any one region of a 20 μm×20 μm size on the positive current collector is X, where X is an integer ranging from 0 to 10. The electrolyte includes a fluorine-containing sulfonyl imide salt and a fluorine-containing substance Y. Based on a mass of the electrolyte, a mass percent of the fluorine-containing sulfonyl imide salt is A %, and a mass percent of the fluorine-containing substance Y is B %. X, A, and B satisfy: 0≤AX/B≤450.

摘要: A separator includes a polymer layer and a porous material layer. The porous material layer includes a porous material. The porous material includes a metal-organic framework material, a covalent organic framework material, a molecular sieve material, or a microporous polymer. The separator contains nanopores and sub-nanopores. By applying the separator to an electrochemical device, solvent molecules in an electrolyte solution can be confined within pore channels of the separator while the electrolyte solution penetrates the separator, thereby not only reducing side reactions between lithium metal and the electrolyte solution during cycling of the electrochemical device and improving the cycle performance of the electrochemical device, but also increasing the mobility of lithium ions and improving the electrochemical performance of the electrochemical device.

摘要: An electrochemical device includes a negative electrode. The negative electrode includes a negative current collector and a negative active material layer disposed on at least one surface of the negative current collector. In an infrared spectroscopy test, the negative active material layer exhibits at least a first peak and a second peak in a wavenumber range of 2500 cm−1 to 3200 cm−1. This indicates that the negative active material layer contains an additive, and the additive increases the production efficiency of the negative electrode, thereby increasing the production efficiency of the electrochemical device. In addition, the electrochemical device exhibits a high discharge capacity.

The above design not only sufficiently improves safety performance of the electrochemical apparatus at high pressure and high temperature, but also effectively reduces the voltage drop.

In the secondary battery provided in this application, the first adhesive layer includes the above substances, and the percentages thereof are controlled within the scope of this application, so that the first adhesive layer has a high hardness, which facilitates removal of bubbles between the adhesive member and the electrode assembly.

摘要: A secondary battery includes an electrode assembly, an electrolyte, a housing, and an adhesive member. The adhesive member includes a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer that are stacked. The adhesive member is disposed between the electrode assembly and the housing, where the first adhesive layer is attached to inner surface of the housing, and the second adhesive layer is attached to outer surface of the electrode assembly. The first adhesive layer includes a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer and wax. Based on mass of the first adhesive layer, a mass percentage of the styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer is 65% to 95%, and a mass percentage of the wax is 1% to 5%. The adhesive member of the secondary battery in this application reduces occurrence of adhesive fall-off caused by friction, thereby improving safety performance of the secondary battery.
