摘要: A separator includes a polymer layer and a porous material layer. The porous material layer includes a porous material. The porous material includes a metal-organic framework material, a covalent organic framework material, a molecular sieve material, or a microporous polymer. The separator contains nanopores and sub-nanopores. By applying the separator to an electrochemical device, solvent molecules in an electrolyte solution can be confined within pore channels of the separator while the electrolyte solution penetrates the separator, thereby not only reducing side reactions between lithium metal and the electrolyte solution during cycling of the electrochemical device and improving the cycle performance of the electrochemical device, but also increasing the mobility of lithium ions and improving the electrochemical performance of the electrochemical device.

摘要: A secondary battery includes an electrode assembly and an adhesive member, the adhesive member being adhered to the electrode assembly; the adhesive member includes a stacked substrate layer and a first adhesive layer, the first adhesive layer including a binder and a first resin; the first resin includes a styrene-ethylene-butene-styrene block copolymer and a butyl rubber; and based on mass of the first adhesive layer, the binder has a mass percentage of 65% to 95%, and the first resin has a mass percentage of 5% to 35%. In the secondary battery provided in this application, the first adhesive layer includes the above substances, and the percentages thereof are controlled within the scope of this application, so that the first adhesive layer has a high hardness, which facilitates removal of bubbles between the adhesive member and the electrode assembly.

摘要: A method for charging a battery includes charging the battery with a charging current at a constant current during an mth charge and discharge cycle; a first state of charge SOC1 of the battery when the constant current charging phase in any one charge and discharge cycle ends is the same as a standard state of charge SOC0, SOCb≤SOC0≤SOCa+k. SOCa is a state of charge or a preset value of the battery at the end of the constant current charging phase during an nth charge and discharge cycle, SOCb is a state of charge or a preset value of the battery at the end of the constant current charging phase during an (m−1)th charge and discharge cycle, SOCb≤SOC0≤SOCa+k, 0≤k≤10%, and SOCa+k≤100%.
