    摘要: A foundation reinforcement system may include an elongated beam, a first bracket assembly and a second bracket assembly. Each bracket assembly includes a shaft receiving portion and a seat portion. The seat portion includes a plurality of protruding members that protrude upwardly therefrom. The elongated beam is disposed atop the seat portion of the first bracket assembly such that at least one of the plurality of protruding members of the bracket assembly is disposed on each of opposing lateral sides of the elongated beam. The bracket assemblies are horizontally spaced-apart from each other. The elongated beam is disposed atop the seat portion of the second bracket assembly such that at least one of the plurality of protruding members of the second bracket assembly is disposed on each of opposing lateral sides of the elongated beam.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a customizable, modular foundation system using blocks and post-tensioning for improved structural integrity of the foundation. In some embodiments, the improved foundation system is provided by post-tensioning a plurality of blocks together such that cables or bars used for tensioning run in different directions than any of the joint lines between adjacent blocks. In this way, there are no bendable joints between adjacent blocks. Moreover, in some embodiments the blocks are hexagonal, such that each block has six sides and post-tensioning cables can run in at least three different directions. Structures or apparatuses may be secured to the foundation comprised of multiple blocks, with the foundation being rigid, customizable, and both assembled and usable in any desired location.

    摘要: The transportable building is made of side-by-side building sections mounted on parallel foundation beams. Each building section has a skate clamp mounted thereto for sequential sliding and clamping engagements to one of two foundation beams. In another aspect, each of the beams has a removable receiving end attached thereto. Each receiving end has a V-shaped trough on an upper surface thereof to facilitate the alignment of building sections onto the foundation beams during the assembly of the transportable building. In yet another aspect, each foundation beam has workable jacks at each end thereof and a series of self-adjusting jacks mounted thereto between the workable jacks for supporting the transportable building on an uneven ground surface.
