摘要: A monolithic concrete modular connecting panel system for walls and roofs includes a foundation for a building, wall panels vertically aligned on the foundation and secured to the foundation to form a perimeter of the building. The system includes a plurality of roof panels secured to a top edge of the wall panels and spanning across the perimeter of the building. A plurality of crisscrossing rebar rods and wire mesh within the wall panels and roof panels are connected together with rebar rods of the foundation to form a steel cage for the building. Each wall and roof panel includes a metal frame, and a concrete board that divides the metal frames into an inner section and an outer section. In addition, the system includes concrete sprayed on the outer sections of the wall panels and sprayed or poured on the roof panels to form a monolithic concrete structure.

摘要: The invention comprises a product. The product comprises a first removable concrete form having a concrete forming face and a first insulating panel insert having a first primary surface and an opposite second primary surface, wherein the second primary surface of the first insulating panel insert contacts the concrete forming face of the first removable concrete form. The product also comprises an elongate anchor member having an enlarged portion and an elongate portion, the elongate portion having a first end and an opposite second end, wherein the enlarged portion is disposed adjacent the first end and contacts the second primary surface of the first insulating panel insert and wherein the elongate portion extends through the first insulating panel insert and extends outwardly from the first primary surface of the first insulating panel insert. A method of using a removable insulated concrete form system is also disclosed.

摘要: An inference system for monitoring a cementitious mixture for three-dimensional printing is provided. The inference system includes an ambient condition sensor, a temperature sensor, a moisture sensor and an image capturing device. The inference system also includes a controller coupled to the ambient condition sensor, the temperature sensor, the moisture sensor, and the image capturing device. The controller receives sensed ambient conditions, a temperature signal, and a moisture content signal. The controller receives an image feed of a portion of a cementitious mixture. The controller also receives signals indicative of a motor speed and a motor torque associated with a mixing container. The controller builds a model and determines a material suitability of the cementitious mixture using the model based on the received ambient conditions, the temperature signal, the moisture content signal, the image feed, the motor speed, and the motor torque and determines one or more corrective actions.

摘要: The present invention includes prefabricated assemblies which are assembled on a construction site to provide a permanent concrete mold with integrated structural reinforcement and structural splices for cast-in-place concrete structures. The invention enhances the quality of the cast concrete structure while lowering the cost of construction and construction time. Described herein is a column form assembly, a column closure panel assembly, a beam form assembly, and a slab form assembly which are used to construct cast in place structurally reinforced concrete columns, beams, and floor slabs with minimal form work and construction site logistics. Also described herein are a method of assembly of said structures and a method of fabricating said assemblies.
