    摘要: A shaft furnace, in particular a blast furnace, comprises includes an outer metal shell; a plurality of tuyeres arranged to inject hot blast into the shaft furnace; and means for injecting process gas in the shaft stack area, where the injector has a nozzle body with a peripheral wall extending along a longitudinal axis from a front portion, with at least one injection hole, to an opposite rear portion connected to a base member, where the nozzle body includes an inner gas channel for guiding process gas from an inlet port in the base member to the injection holes(s), nozzle body being mounted through an aperture in the metal shell in such a way that the front region with injection hole(s) is located on the inner side of the metal shell, whereas the rear portion is outside of the metal shell, and the base member includes a peripheral mounting portion configured for connecting the injector in a gas tight manner to a mounting unit surrounding the aperture in the metal shell.

    摘要: A furnace door sealing device for a low-pressure diffusion furnace is provided. The furnace door sealing device includes a furnace door, a fixed shaft and a fixed base which are coaxially arranged in sequence from front to back. A bearing pedestal is fixed at the center of the rear end surface of the furnace door. A centripetal knuckle bearing is arranged in the bearing pedestal. An outer ring of the centripetal knuckle bearing is fixed in the bearing pedestal. An inner ring of the centripetal knuckle bearing fixedly sleeves the front end of the fixed shaft. The rear end of the fixed shaft is fixed in the fixed base. A supporting plate is also fixed on the front end surface of the fixed base. Multiple spring adjusting assemblies are arranged on the supporting plate at an interval.

    摘要: The present invention relates generally to furnace systems and more particularly, but not by way of limitation, to a split-ring assembly for sealing a junction between a catalyst tube and a furnace. In one aspect, the present invention relates to a ring-seal assembly. The ring-seal assembly includes a housing ring coupled to an outer surface of a furnace. The housing ring is disposed around a circumference of a tube proximate a junction with the furnace. The ring seal assembly further includes a brush seal that is at least partially disposed within the housing ring. The brush seal is disposed around the circumference of the tube. A plurality of brushes extend radially inwardly from the brush seal towards the tube.

    摘要: The invention relates to a roller hearth furnace for heating workpieces, comprising at least one furnace chamber for receiving the workpieces, the chamber having at least two lateral furnace walls. At least one transport roller for transporting the workpieces through the furnace chamber is arranged inside the furnace chamber, and each of the furnace walls has at least one opening through which the transport roller can be guided. At least one rolling bearing unit is arranged on each of the outer sides of the furnace walls, said rolling bearing unit being designed to accommodate and support the transport roller outside the furnace chamber. The roller hearth furnace comprises a flushing system for the rolling bearing unit, said flushing system being designed to conduct a flushing gas through the rolling bearing unit, wherein the flushing gas can be conducted from a side of the rolling bearing unit facing away from the furnace wall through the rolling bearing unit and through the opening of the furnace wall into the furnace chamber of the roller hearth furnace. The invention further relates to a method for heating workpieces in such a roller hearth furnace.
