    摘要: Method for calibrating a device for measuring back pressure in open-ended chemical reactor tubes, comprising the steps of: providing a device for measuring back pressure in open-ended chemical reactor tubes, including a frame member and a plurality of injector tubes mounted on the frame member with a spacing between the injector tubes; providing a test stand, comprising a frame member; a base supporting said frame member; and a plurality of calibration tubes mounted on the frame member, each of said calibration tubes having an open top and a dosed bottom, with a precision orifice in the dosed bottom to simulate the chemical reactor tubes to be tested; inserting the plurality of injector tubes into the respective calibration tubes; sealing between the injector tubes and the calibration tubes; sending gas through the injector tubes and taking a back pressure reading for each of the injector tubes; and generating correction factors for each injector tube to correct for variations in the back pressure readings.

    摘要: A device for thermal treatment of corrosive gases includes a chamber for heating gases in which there are at least four heating elements or four groups of heating elements including an electrically conductive material, wherein each heating element or group is connected to a separately regulatable and/or controllable subsystem of an electrical energy network and can thereby be heated by direct current flow, wherein each heating element or group can be controlled or regulated with respect to at least one either identical or different value of a parameter selected from the group consisting of temperature, heating power, current, voltage and resistance, or with respect to another heating element process variable, which can be influenced by the device, and wherein at least four regulatable and/or controllable subsystems are DC-isolated from ground potential. The invention also relates to a corresponding method for the thermal treatment of corrosive gases.

    摘要: The invention relates to a seal assembly, which includes: (a) a ceramic tube (1); (b) a first ring (2) made of a refractory alloy including: a cylindrical opening (21) for receiving the ceramic tube; a first shoulder (22) which is located at the lower end of the ring, which is directed towards the interior of the cylindrical opening and which enables said ceramic tube to be supported; a second shoulder (23) forming, at the upper end of the ring, an annular space between the ceramic tube and the first ring made of a refractory alloy; (c) a second ring (3) which is made of a material that can be deformably sealed by heat-treatment, and which is located in the annular space formed by the second shoulder of the ring made of a refractory material; and (d) a third ring (4) made of a metal alloy, which is positioned on the upper edge of the first ring (2).
