摘要: What is shown is a spinning device (1) and a method for spinning up a spinning device (1) for the continuous extrusion of molded bodies (3) from a spinning solution (6), as well as a spin-up device (11) for the execution of the method, in which method the molded bodies (3) are extruded from the spinning solution (6) through spinnerets (7) of the spinning device (1) in the form of a loose spinning curtain (2), the molded bodies (3) of the loose spinning curtain (2) are, after the extrusion, combined into a molded body bundle (4), and the molded body bundle (4) is, in a further step, fed to a draw-off member (10) of the spinning device (1) in order to start a continuous extrusion of the molded bodies (3). In order to make the method for spinning up the spinning device (1) simpler and more reproducible, it is proposed that the molded bodies (3) be combined into the molded body bundle (4) by twisting the spinning curtain (2) around a torsion axis (20).

摘要: The present disclosure relates to manufacturing elastomeric laminates that may include a first substrate, a second substrate, and an elastic material located between the first substrate and second substrate. Methods and apparatuses may be configured to automatically isolate elastic strands that may break during the assembly process. As discussed in more detail below, the apparatuses may include a snare member extending adjacent to and across a travel path of elastic materials in a converting process. Thus, during the manufacture process, stretched elastics strands may advance past the snare member without contacting the outer circumferential surface of the snare member before being joined with a substrate. In the event that an elastic strand breaks, an upstream end portion of the elastic strand may retract back toward the snare member, wherein the upstream end portion wraps partially or completely around the outer circumferential surface of the snare member.

摘要: A method for stretching cables includes the steps of i) providing at least one first and one second stretching device; the first and second stretching device include at least one rotatable drum on which a cable can be wound or unwound; an electrical movement member associated to the drum for winding the cable; supply means connected to the movement member; a braking device associated to the drum and activatable for unwinding the cable; an energy recovery member associated to the drum and active simultaneously with the braking device for recovering energy during the unwinding of the cable; ii) activating the second stretching device for pulling the cable; iii) recovering energy from the first stretching device during the unwinding of the cable; and iv) transferring at least part of the recovered energy from the first stretching device to the second stretching device.

摘要: The invention provides a novel method for producing a composite member by fixing a surface member to the outer peripheral surface of a core member. A method for producing a composite member having a core member and a surface member fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the core member includes the surface member providing step of providing the surface member having magnetism lower than magnetism of the core member made of a conductive material on the outer peripheral surface of the core member, and the fusing step of electromagnetic induction heating the core member from outside the surface member to melt at least one of facing regions between the surface member and the core member with heat of the heated core member and fuse the surface member to the core member.
