摘要: A shrinkage detection device for a polymer injection molding apparatus detects a shrinkage experienced by an injection molded element for assessing a quality of the molded element. Shrinkage, along with temperature and pressure of the melt within the mold during cooling, indicates a sufficiency of the resulting molded element for intended purposes. Sufficiency includes parameters such as flexibility, shear strength and longevity, and is accurately performed can replace conventional sample testing of molded articles that are expensive and time consuming.

摘要: A controller is for an injection molding machine including an injecting member configured to push a molding material in a forward direction, the molding material containing a bioplastic; and an injection drive source configured to cause the injecting member to travel forward or backward. The controller is configured to perform filling in which a forward travel speed of the injecting member is controlled so that an actual value of a pressure applied from the injecting member to the molding material does not exceed an upper limit of the pressure. In at least a part of the filling, a value of from 550 mm/s through 700 mm/s is settable as a set value of the forward travel speed of the injecting member, and a value of 200 MPa or higher is settable as the upper limit of the pressure.

摘要: An injection molding machine including a mold clamping device for clamping a mold comprising a fixed mold and a movable mold by a predetermined mold clamping force; an injection device for injecting and filling a resin into the mold by a predetermined injection pressure, wherein the mold clamping device enables natural compression of the resin at least as the resin inside the mold solidifies; and a molding machine controller at least including a specific molding condition setting function for setting a specific molding condition by obtaining a parting opening amount which becomes a predetermined gap between the movable mold and the fixed mold during injection filling, a molding injection pressure which becomes an injection pressure capable of molding a good product and a molding clamping force which becomes a mold clamping force capable of molding a good product; a fast injection condition setting function for setting, as a fast injection condition, a fast injection speed from the start of injection, the fast injection speed being higher than the injection speed set by the specific molding condition, and a fast injection section for continuing the fast injection speed; and a molding control function for mold-clamping the mold clamping device by the molding clamping force, setting the molding injection pressure to a limit pressure, injecting and filling the mold by the fast injection condition from the start of injection, and filling the mold by the specific molding condition by the end of the fast injection section.

摘要: An injection molding apparatus and method of fabricating a molded part are provided. The apparatus may include a barrel, a nozzle enclosing an end of the barrel and defining an opening in fluid communication with an inside of the barrel, and an extrusion screw positioned at least partially inside the barrel and rotatable relative to the barrel. The extrusion screw may include a screw tip. Relative axial movement between the barrel and the extrusion screw may open or close the opening of the nozzle to permit or prevent, respectively, material flow through the opening of the nozzle. The method may include clamping a mold, opening a nozzle, rotating the extrusion screw to pump a molten material into the mold until the mold is filled, closing the nozzle, and unclamping the mold to release a molded part.

The measurement units are disposed at an outer periphery of a nozzle channel wall, and a thickness of the nozzle channel wall satisfies the following (1) or (2): (1) when the nozzle channel wall is made of a material containing iron as a main component, the thickness of the nozzle channel wall is 0.2 mm or more and 2.5 mm or less; and (2) when the nozzle channel wall is made of a material containing aluminum as a main component, the thickness of the nozzle channel wall is 0.2 mm or more and 4 mm or less.

摘要: An injection molding machine having vent mechanism includes a plastication device, an injection device, a junction, a vent-up sensor, and a controller. The vent-up sensor detects vent-up. When the vent-up is detected, the controller switches from normal conditions to vent-up suppression conditions. The vent-up suppression conditions have at least one of the followings: increasing a rotational speed of the plastication screw to be higher than that in the normal conditions; using retreat-metering when the retreat-metering is not performed in the normal conditions, wherein in the retreat-metering, in addition to a pressure of the resin material, a force in a retreat direction is applied to the injection plunger to move the injection plunger at a predetermined retreat speed in the metering; and increasing the retreat speed of the injection plunger to be higher than that in the normal conditions when the retreat-metering is performed in the normal conditions.

wherein the system forms a first one or more parts or objects, the user inspecting or measuring the first one or more parts or objects and manually adjusts the predetermined open gate target time.-
