    摘要: In a spray gun (1) for spraying paint with a gun housing (2) provided with a handle (3) with a union nut (10) screwed onto it that holds an air cap (11) provided with offset outlet openings (14, 15) for compressed air, the union nut (10) is positively connected to the air cap (11) in a circumferential direction. This embodiment makes it possible for the spray jet to be set in a brief time and without difficulties without having to put up with getting dirty. It is merely necessary to turn the union nut (10) accordingly in order to control the air supply to the outlet openings (14, 15) of the air cap (11) and therefore to influence the formation of the spray jet.

    摘要: In a spray gun (1) for atomizing fluids, that can be actuated using a lever (15) mounted in a pivoting arrangement on a sleeve (11) which accommodates an atomizer nozzle (12) and in which the air flow can be generated by an air turbine (5) that is assigned to the spray gun (1), the air turbine (5) and its electric drive motor (4) are arranged substantially coaxially to the sleeve (11) on the opposite side of a handle (21) and the air flow is supplied from the air turbine (5) in a substantially straight line through the sleeve (11) of the atomizer nozzle (12). The air turbine (5) is provided with a muffler (6). Loud operating noise of the air turbine (5) does not have a disruptive effect and practically no flow noise is generated due to deflections of the air flow. The components of the spray gun (1) are arranged in such a way that no more than slight tilting torques are generated, permitting work over long periods without leading to fatigue.

    摘要: A diaphragm pump with a flat diaphragm which is held between the face surface of a pump head and the corresponding face surface of a hydraulic block is improved in that the annular clamping region has an angling step such that the clamped-in diaphragm is bent in its outer annular border region. In this way, a sealed tightness is achieved over long time periods, as well as inducing a uniform diaphragm tension which effects performance of the pump advantageously. Inventive valve designs are provided which allow removal for cleaning from outside the assembled pump and also allows manual /pening of the valves for unclogging. An efficient design is provided for a pump head.

    摘要: In a diaphragm pump including a first chamber for liquid to be pumped separated from a second chamber for drive fluid by a diaphragm which is driven by a piston alternatively placing the drive fluid under pressure and releasing the pressure from the drive fluid, a signal generator or magnet is located in the diaphragm while a signal detector is located within the pump housing to enable detection of displacement of the diaphragm and, accordingly, the displaced volume of the diaphragm pump. Detection of the displaced volume is used by a regulator to generate a drive signal which, in turn, is used to drive a motor operator connected to a pressure relief valve to control drive fluid pressure and, accordingly, the displaced volume.
