摘要: A deposition system for depositing a chemical vapor onto a workpiece is disclosed, including a deposition chamber having a plurality of components for performing chemical vapor deposition on the workpiece. The workpiece is held by a lathe that rotates the workpiece relative to chemical burners that deposit silica soot on the workpiece. The deposition system has a gas panel for regulating the flow of gases and vapors into the deposition chamber, and a computer for controlling operation of the gas panel and the components in the deposition chamber. Multiple sets of chemical burners are disposed longitudinally along the length of the workpiece. Each set of burners is separated from other sets, such that each set of burners deposit silica particles onto generally different portions of a workpiece. The respective portions include an overlap segment in which one or more burners from one burner set will deposit silica particles on the same portion of the workpiece as one or more burners from another set.

The trajectory planning module is designed, if a further work command is provided while the work movement is being carried out, to replan the trajectory data into replanned trajectory data and provide these data to the control module.

A base station transmits a power signal to wireless powered IoT devices. The wireless powered IoT devices harvest energy from the power signal to power their reception/transmission circuitry. The base station transmits an information signal to trigger the wireless powered IoT devices to reflect a backscatter transmission. The wireless powered IoT devices transmit a backscatter transmission in response to receiving the information signal from the base station. The base station transmits configurations to a UE including configuration information respectively corresponding to the wireless powered IoT devices, and include information that the UE may use to detect the backscatter transmissions from the wireless powered IoT devices and relay them to the base station based on the configurations.

In the battery module, multiple battery cells are interconnected in a series connection and/or in a parallel connection. The strings are switchable on and off from one another. The battery cells and/or battery cell packets are switchable on and off from one another and are bypass-able. The method includes: recognizing a fault of a battery cell; switching off and bypassing the faulty battery cell and/or the faulty battery cell packet which includes the faulty battery cell; switching off the faulty string, which includes the faulty battery cell and/or the faulty battery cell packet; comparing the string voltage of the faulty string to the string voltage of intact strings, in which no fault was recognized; discharging the intact strings if voltage differences between the strings exceed a voltage threshold value.
