    Abstract: A predictive context aware system, method and device tracks customer attributes comprising: an online customer behaviour of a particular customer of an entity when interacting with a computer application including a particular flow of navigational events when browsing the application indicative of the particular customer seeking assistance; provides the tracked customer attributes to a predictive machine learning model to determine a prediction of a primary intent comprising: at least one predicted problem encountered by the customer associated with the tracked customer attributes and a context of actions derived from the customer attributes, the model trained based on prior historical behaviour of other customers in the entity comprising browser navigational flows for others indicative of a known associated problem; dynamically determines a solution to the predicted problem based on accessing a database linking similar problems; and presents the solution and associated context of the solution to the computer device.

    Abstract: A system, server device, and method are provided for managing document metadata. The method includes storing metadata in a graph separately from documents with which the metadata is associated and connecting metadata in the graph according to a hierarchy, with each node of the graph being classified based on metadata content. The method also includes assigning properties to edges in the graph connecting the nodes; receiving, via a communications module, an instruction to update the metadata; and dynamically updating at least one edge or node in the graph according to the instruction without requiring access to an associated document. The method also includes receiving, via the communications module, an inquiry related to a document; and responding to the inquiry, via the communications module, after accessing metadata associated with the document by navigating the graph.

    Abstract: A system and method are provided for providing trusted links between applications. The method is executed by a registry server device. The method includes storing in a database coupled to the registry server device, query parameters for a plurality of applications; receiving, from a first application, a first request to obtain a trusted link to communicate with a second application; providing the trusted link, wherein the trusted link is signed by the registry server device and identifies one or more query parameters of the first request; sending to the first application, a first response comprising the trusted link; receiving, from the second application, a second request to verify, at least in part, permissions defined by the one or more query parameters identified based on to the trusted link; and sending to the second application a second response comprising a result of the verification that enables the second application to verify that the signed trusted link was not tampered with and that the one or more query parameters of the first request have not been tampered with.

    Abstract: A system and method for managing access to entity identity data are described. The system comprises a communications module; a processor coupled with the communications module; and a memory coupled to the processor and storing processor-executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, configure the processor to authenticate a remote device as being associated with an entity; receive, via the communications module and from the remote device, pre-consent data identifying one or more third parties permitted to access entity identity data for the entity; store, in the memory, the pre-consent data in association with the entity; receive, via the communications module and from a digital identity network, a signal representing a request to release the entity identity data to the third party; determine, based on the pre-consent data, that the entity identity data is to be released to the third party; and initiate release of the entity identity data to a computing device associated with the third party.
