An organic light emitting device and a method of manufacturing the same, the organic light emitting device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic layer that has at least a multi-coated emissive layer and which is interposed between the first and second electrodes. The multi-coated emissive layer is a single layer composed of a neutral emissive material and an no−ne parameter of the emissive layer is greater than an no−ne parameter of a single-coated layer. The organic light emitting device has a longer lifetime and high efficiency.
Abstract:
A liquid crystal display (“LCD”) device includes a display panel, a data driving part, and at least one first light-blocking part and at least one second light-blocking part. The display panel includes a plurality of pixels and a plurality of data lines. The pixels are arranged in a column direction and a row direction. At least one of the data lines extends in a zigzag shape along the column direction to be discontinuously disposed between two adjacent columns of the pixels. The at least one data line is electrically connected to two of the pixels that are adjacent in the row direction. The second light-blocking part is thinner than the first light-blocking part. The first light-blocking part and the second light-blocking are repeatedly disposed on an area between two adjacent columns of the pixels. The data driving part applies a data signal to the data lines.

A method of patterning a conductive polymer, an organic light emitting device (OLED) manufactured using the method of patterning a conductive polymer, and a method of manufacturing the OLED are provided. The method of patterning a conductive polymer includes forming a conductive polymer layer on a substrate, aligning a shadow mask above the conductive polymer layer, and forming a conductive polymer pattern area and an insulating area in the conductive polymer layer by radiating charged particle beams through the shadow mask.
Abstract:
Provided is an image display device. The image display device includes an interface, a memory, a controller, and a display unit. The interface supports communication with an external storage medium, and the memory stores data transmitted through the interface. The controller compares attribute information of data stored in the memory with that of data stored in the external storage medium when the external storage medium is connected through the interface and controls changing of a data name of data stored in the memory or a data name of data stored in the external storage medium depending on whether the attribute information is identical. The display unit displays whether a data name is changed in response to a control signal from the controller.
Abstract:
In a method of forming a pattern of an organic light emitting device (OLED), an organic material is evaporated in a predetermined pattern by using a pre-patterned heating element, and the evaporated organic material is transferred to a substrate where the OLED is formed. The method includes preparing a template having a heating element in a pattern corresponding to a multilayered structure of an OLED including a plurality of functional layers; forming an organic layer on the heating element; drawing a substrate for the OLED near to the heating element of the template; and transferring the organic layer on the heating element to the substrate by evaporating the organic layer using the heating element.
