摘要: A liquid crystal display device comprises a panel having pixel electrodes arranged at intersections of a plurality of signal lines via switching elements for transmitting display data and a plurality of scanning lines for transmitting control signals, and a control circuit for controlling the panel. The liquid crystal panel is divided into first pixel regions and second pixel regions adjacent to the first pixel regions. The control circuit carries out impulse driving in which the control signals transmitted to each of the scanning lines are activated two times in one frame period for displaying an image. The control circuit writes the display data in either one of the pixel regions and writes reset data in the other pixel regions when the control signals are activated once of the two times. By writing the reset data in the pixel regions, the display data written in an immediately preceding frame are reset. In consecutive frames, the display data written in the pixel regions are always reset in one frame period. Therefore, blurring in a moving image can be alleviated. Since writing the display data and the reset data is carried out separately in the first pixel regions and in the second pixel regions, flicker is prevented from occurring in a display screen.

Each impedance conversion circuit comprises voltage follower type of differential amplifier circuits 120 and 110 to which a pair of the first and second voltages is input, and an output circuit 130 which is driven by the differential amplification circuits. The N-type transistor 134 and P-type transistor 132 in the output circuit are independently driven by the first and second output voltages VN, VP from the differential amplification circuits 120 and 110.

摘要: A percutaneous or permucosal patch drug preparation. The preparation includes: (1) a backing layer impermeable to a drug component, (2) a drug storage layer which holds the drug component therein and is situated under the central portion of the backing layer, (3) a protective film which is impermeable to the drug component, has notches and is situated under the drug storage layer and the peripheral portion of the backing layer, (4) a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which is situated under the protective film, and (5) a releasable liner layer which is impermeable to the drug component and situated under the pressure-sensitive layer. When the releasable liner layer is peeled off of the preparation, the protective film is torn along the notches and the portion of the protective film surrounded by the notches is removed together with the releasable liner layer and a portion of the adhesive between the protective film and the releasable liner layer. The patch drug preparation is held on the skin or mucosa of a patient by the pressure-sensitive adhesive remaining on the peripheral portion of the protective film. The drug held in the drug storage layer is released directly to the mucosa or to the skin.

摘要: A self shift type gas discharge panel in which the display screen comprises a plurality of shift lines arranged in parallel in the vertical direction, and a system and method for driving the panel. The display screen is divided into several sections both in the horizontal and vertical directions to form a plurality of display areas, and the shift operation can be performed independently in each of these display areas. While the forward shift operation is conducted in a single selected display area, a reciprocating or sway shift operation, or a stationary display, obtain selectively in the remaining display areas with such a configuration, so that an editing operation can be realized which is similar to that realized by the existing well known matrix display gas discharge panel. As a result, the display function can be much improved.
