摘要： Disclosed is a plastic cap comprising a top plate and a skirt hanging down from the peripheral edge of the top plate, which are integrally formed of a plastic material, and a mechanism for clamping the cap to a vessel, which is arranged on the inner circumferential face of the skirt, wherein a receiving seat to be substantially exactly engaged with the top edge or peripheral edge of the vessel mouth and at least one sealing projection protruding from the receiving seat through a groove by a very small distance from the face of the receiving seat are arranged in an inner corner portion between the top plate and the skirt or in the vicinity thereof, and sealing is effected by the pressure generated by compression deformation of the sealing projection. In this plastic cap, plastic deformation of the sealed portion is prevented and a high durable sealing pressure is obtained. Accordingly, this plastic cap has an excellent pressure-resistant sealing property and an excellent venting property in combination.

摘要： A pilferproof plastic closure comprising a top panel wall and a cylindrical skirt wall extending downwardly from the peripheral edge of the top panel wall. A circumferential weakening line extending circumferentially is formed in the skirt wall, and the skirt wall is divided into a main portion above the weakening line and a pilferproof bottom portion beneath it. An internal thread to be screwably fitted with an external thread formed on the mouth-neck portion of a container is formed on the inner surface of the main portion, and a plurality of radially inwardly projecting and circumferentially spaced engaging flaps are formed on the inner surface of the pilferproof bottom portion. An axial breaking line is formed in the pilferproof bottom portion which extends downwardly from the upper end of the pilferproof bottom portion but is non-existent in at least a greater portion of the lower part of the pilferproof bottom portion. At least a greater portion of the base edge of each of the engaging flaps is positioned in the aforesaid lower part where the axial breaking line does not exist.

摘要： A pilfer-proof plastic closure comprising a top panel wall and a cylindrical skirt wall extending downwardly from the peripheral edge of the top panel wall. The skirt wall has formed therein a circumferentially extending breakable line dividing the skirt wall into a main portion above the breakable line and a pilfer-proof bottom portion below it. The main portion has formed on its inner surface an internal thread and the pilfer-proof bottom portion has formed on its inner surface a plurality of radially inwardly projecting engaging flaps at circumferentially spaced positions. Each of said engaging flaps has a first portion extending from the inner surface of the pilfer-proof bottom portion tiltedly in a direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the closure at the time of mounting it on the mouth-neck portion of a container and a second portion bent with respect to the first portion and further extending from the end of the first portion. The first portion forms an angle .alpha. smaller than 90 degrees and the second portion forms an angle .beta. larger than the angle .alpha., both with respect to the tangent of the inner surface of the pilfer-proof bottom portion at the base edge of the engaging flap.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a vibration absorber composition, which has excellent vibration-damping properties in an atmosphere having a temperature not lower than the room temperature, has excellent elasticity, and can be molded by compression molding. The vibration absorber composition is composed of a compression-moldable elastomer obtained by mixing 100 parts by weight of an isobutylene-isoprene copolymer (IIR) with 10-70 parts by weight of a block copolymer, which comprises a block of a styrene monomer and a vinyl-polyisoprene block and which has a main dispersion peak of tan δ at −40° C. or higher, and crosslinking the mixture; when the rubber elastomer has a peak temperature for the main dispersion X of tan δ at 100 Hz from 0 to +60° C., a peak value is 0.4 or greater, and the value of tan δ of the rubber elastomer is greater than the value of tan δ at 100 Hz of the IIR for the main dispersion Y of tan δ thereof at 100 Hz in a temperature region not lower than the peak temperature.
