摘要： An electronic instrument 1 includes an instrument body 2, a first operation unit 3, a second operation unit 4 and a drive mechanism. The first operation unit 3 and the second operation unit 4 are moved over a first position, a second position and a third position by the drive mechanism. At the first position, the first operation unit 3 covers the second operation unit 4. The first operation unit 3 and the second operation unit 4 move downward from the first position. At the third position, a recording medium insertion slot is exposed. The first operation unit 3 moves downward from the third position whereas the second operation unit 4 moves upward from the third position. At the second position, the exposed planes 8a and 11a are exposed. In the above configuration, there is provided an electronic instrument which can easily visually recognize the operating state of itself.

The gaming server also has communication processing unit for transmitting, to the gaming machine, at least one of the gaming object data items in which some or all of the characteristic elements are exchanged, of the two different gaming object data items of the gaming object data items configured with a plurality of characteristic elements indicating the characteristics of the gaming object.

摘要： A semiconductor memory device includes a first, second, and third memory cell transistors in which information can be electrically rewritten, addresses of which are consecutive in a row direction. One end of a current passage in each of a first, second, and third memory cell transistors is connected to a control electrode of the first, second, and third memory cell transistors. A write voltage, a pass voltage lower than the write voltage, and a first voltage lower than the pass voltage are applied to the other ends of the first, second, and third transfer transistors. A first control section applies the first on-voltage to make the first transfer transistor conductive, to a gate of the first transfer transistor. A second control section applies a second on-voltage to make the second and third transfer transistors conductive, to gates of the second and third transfer transistors.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a product having a sprayed coating film prepares a component having a cylindrical inner surface, prepares a gas spray type spraying gun with a central axis in opposed relationship with the cylindrical inner surface of the component to be aligned with a central axis of the cylindrical inner surface, supplies spraying material to the spraying gun, melts the spraying material with a combustion flame, and travels the spraying gun for translational movement in a traveling direction, corresponding to one of directions of the central axis of the cylindrical inner surface, for forming a sprayed coating film over the cylindrical inner surface while spraying the spraying material, molten with the combustion flame, onto the cylindrical inner surface in a spraying direction oriented in a rearward area of the traveling direction for thereby forming the sprayed coating film over the cylindrical inner surface.

The engagement link 4 has a first joint member 22 and a second joint member 23. The first joint member 22 engages with a lower end 3a of the operation unit 3. The second joint member engages with an upper end 3b of the operation unit 3. The link mechanism moves the second joint member 23 to release the second joint member 23 from the upper end 3b when the first joint member 22 moves toward an engaging position of the first joint member 22 with the lower end 3a. The link mechanism can move the second joint member 23 to engage with the upper end 3b while the first joint member 22 has been engaged with the lower end 3a.

The annular leaf spring is shaped such that trough and crest portions appear alternately in the circumferential direction. The screw members are inserted into the screw holes formed in the second end bracket. The tip end portions of the screw members are arranged to abut the trough portions of the annular leaf spring.

摘要： Contamination on semiconductor wafers in vapor phase etching is eliminated by performing the drying step quickly, thereby improving productivity. This method includes the steps of etching the semiconductor wafers by introducing a reactive gas into the reaction chamber, restoring the pressure in the reaction chamber to the atmospheric pressure by introducing an inert gas into the reaction chamber, cleaning the semiconductor wafers, drying the semiconductor wafers, and introducing an alcoholic gas into the reaction chamber. The inner wall of the reaction chamber is maintained constantly at a predetermined temperature in the range of from 50.degree. C. to 80.degree. C. Alcohol having a boiling point at least 10.degree. C. lower than the predetermined temperature is chosen.
