The method further comprises analyzing the at least one characteristic of the at least one communication channel. The method additionally comprises selecting at least one transceiver of the first plurality of transceivers to provide wireless communication service for the wireless user endpoint. The selection of the at least one transceiver is based on the at least one characteristic of the at least one communication channel.

The continuous bandwidth allocation and/or the continuous power distribution represent sets of values corresponding to users that maximize the function. The equations are solved using waterfilling methods, wherein the continuous power distribution is determined for a previously determined bandwidth allocation, and/or the continuous bandwidth allocation is calculated for a previously determined power distribution.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to the field of microelectronics manufacture and memories. A three-dimensional multi-bit non-volatile memory and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The memory comprises a plurality of memory cells constituting a memory array. The memory array may comprise: a gate stack structure; periodically and alternately arranged gate stack regions and channel region spaces; gate dielectric layers for discrete charge storage; periodically arranged channel regions; source doping regions and drain doping regions symmetrically arranged to each other; bit lines led from the source doping regions and the drain doping regions; and word lines led from the gate stack regions. The gate dielectric layers for discrete charge storage can provide physical storage spots to achieve single-bit or multi-bit operations, so as to achieve a high storage density. According to the present disclosure, the localized charge storage characteristic of the charge trapping layer and characteristics such as a longer effective channel length and a higher density of a vertical memory structure are utilized, to provide multiple storage spots in a single memory cell. Therefore, the storage density is improved while good performances such as high speed are ensured.

The Lagrangian multipliers are used to define a function which includes the proportional fair capacity over the plurality of time slots, and the total power, the total bandwidth, and rate of the real time users' constraints. A maximum of the function is determined for each time slot by binary searching two parameters while observing the total power and total bandwidth. An optimal allocation of the bandwidth and power for the time slot is calculated using the two parameters.

    摘要: A transmission method for use in a multi-hop wireless communication system is provided. The system includes a source apparatus, a destination apparatus and one or more intermediate apparatuses. The system has access to at least one predetermined transmission introduction sequence and also has access to a time-frequency format for use in assigning available transmission frequency bandwidth during a discrete transmission interval, said format defining a plurality of transmission windows within such an interval. Each window occupies a different part of that interval and has a frequency bandwidth profile within said available transmission frequency bandwidth over its part of that interval. Each said window being assignable for such a transmission interval to at least one of said apparatuses for use in transmission. The method includes, when transmitting a message with a preamble in a particular transmission interval, transmitting the preamble in a first transmission window of that transmission interval. Furthermore, the method includes transmitting the transmission introduction sequence in a second transmission window of that transmission interval other than the first transmission window preferably as control information for use by at least one said intermediate apparatus or the destination apparatus.
