The fuel injection valve is particularly suited for injecting fuel into mixture compressing internal combustion engines with externally supplied ignition.

In addition to guiding an axially movable valve needle, the guide disk also takes on a filter function. For this purpose, filter openings which do not allow solid particles with dimensions>60 .mu.m to pass through are made in the guide disk. The fuel injector is particularly suitable for use in fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing, outside-ignition internal combustion engines.

The magnet armature is provided with at least one recess including a shoulder on which a crimped portion of the connecting tube rests. The connecting tube is provided with a thickened portion likewise resting on the magnet armature. This creates a simple connection between the connecting tube and the magnet armature which requires no subsequent machining. The electromagnetically actuatable valve may be used as a fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing internal combustion engines having externally supplied ignition.

    摘要: In electromagnetically actuatable valves, an adjusting sleeve is pressed into the flow bore of a core in order to adjust the spring force of a restoring spring. Because the known adjusting sleeves, for instance having two beads, have a sharp-edged embodiment in the region toward the flow bore, chips can be produced when they are pressed into the flow bore. The novel adjusting has a transitional region on its circumference, between the at least one bead and an end segment oriented toward the valve closing body; at least one rounded portion is provided between the transitional region and the adjacent bead. Thus when the adjusting sleeve is pressed into the flow bore of the core, chip formation at the adjusting sleeve and flow bore is prevented. The adjusting sleeve is particularly suitable for injection valves of fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing internal combustion engines with externally supplied ignition.

The novel adjusting bush includes at least two longitudinal beads, extending in the direction of the longitudinal valve axis on its circumference that protrude past a jacket of the adjusting bush in the radial direction. The transitional region between the jacket and each of the longitudinal beads is embodied as rounded, at least in the direction of the longitudinal valve axis. Thus when the adjusting bush is pressed into the flow bore of the core, the production of chips at the adjusting bush and flow bore is prevented. The adjusting bush is especially well-suited for injection valves of fuel injection systems in internal combustion engines.

    摘要: In known electromagnetically actuatable valves, a connecting tube connected to the armature has a valve closing element secured to its other end. The connecting tube has fuel flowing through it, which can exit again in the vicinity of the valve closing element via radially extending openings. To make such tubes additional work steps are required. There is proposed a novel connecting tube intended to assure easy manufacture and simple assembly with minimum weight and maximum stability. The novel connecting tube is provided with a slit extending from one end to the other, which provides the connecting tube with resilient elasticity and provides a large-area hydraulic cross section. The manufacture of the connecting tube can be accomplished easily by rolling of a sheet-metal blank. The embodiment of the connecting tube is suitable for electromagnetically actuatable valves of all kinds.

    摘要: An electromagnetically actuatable fuel injection valve which serves to supply fuel to a mixture-compressing internal combustion engine having externally supplied ignition. The fuel injection valve includes a valve housing with a mouth piece in which a valve seat body is disposed, two magnet coils two cores and one armature, which has a spherical guide section and is connected to a valve needle. The spherical guide section is slidably supported with its circumference in a guide bore of the valve seat body and in its stroke movement away from the core is limited by a tapering stop opening which adjoins the guide bore. A plastic bushing is mounted on a guide step of the valve seat body and is pressed by a spring against the core end face, thereby preventing a dirct flow of fuel to the remnant air gap on the armature, as a result of which the depositing of soil particles in the gap is avoided.
