    摘要: An electromagnetically actuatable valves, including an adjusting bush pressed into a flow bore of a core of a coil in order to adjust a spring force of a restoring spring. The novel adjusting bush includes at least two longitudinal beads, extending in the direction of the longitudinal valve axis on its circumference that protrude past a jacket of the adjusting bush in the radial direction. The transitional region between the jacket and each of the longitudinal beads is embodied as rounded, at least in the direction of the longitudinal valve axis. Thus when the adjusting bush is pressed into the flow bore of the core, the production of chips at the adjusting bush and flow bore is prevented. The adjusting bush is especially well-suited for injection valves of fuel injection systems in internal combustion engines.

    摘要: An electromagnetically operable valve includes at least one component part, e.g. the armature, which possesses, prior to the application of a wear resistant coating, a wedged surface, which is in each case variably creatable in accordance with a magnetic and hydraulic optimum. The annular impact segment formed by the wedging possesses a defined impact face width or contact width which remains constant throughout the service life, since any wearing of the impact face does not lead, in continuous running, to an enlargement of the contact. The valve is particularly suitable for use in fuel injection systems of explosion-type, spark-ignition combustion engines.

    摘要: A valve needle suitable for injection valves for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines. The new valve needle includes a tubular actuation part, an armature section and a valve sleeve section and is manufactured by injection moulding and subsequent sintered according to a metal injection moulding method. Subsequently, the actuation part is connected to a valve closing element section by means of a weld connection such that the valve needle is manufactured in a simple and cost-effective manner.

    摘要: An electromagnetically operated injection valve including a return spring having upper and lower ends, the upper and lower spring ends are bent to extend axially and parallel with a valve's longitudinal axis. The upper end of the spring engages a recess of a fixed setting bushing, and the lower end engage in a recess of a needle sleeve so as to prevent twisting. Due to the position of a valve seat body relative to the valve closing member the same angle is maintained throughout the life of the assembly, the adaptation process of both components is reduced to a single running-in phase. The new injection valve is particularly suitable as an injection valve for fuel injection units of mixture compressing spark ignited internal combustion engines.

    摘要: A novel valve, including a restoring spring which is pressed into a spring chamber opening and is held in the spring chamber opening by a radially oriented tension on one end of the spring; the depth to which the restoring spring is pressed determines the magnitude of the spring force acting upon the valve closing part. By dispensing with an adjusting sheath, not only is the danger of chip formation in the press-fitting operation lessened, but the production cost of the valve is reduced substantially as well. The valve is used as a fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems.

    摘要: A fuel-injection valve having a metallic perforated disc arranged on a valve-seat body downstream of a valve-seat. The perforated disc arranged on the valve-seat body is supported by a supporting disc which is provided with a passage orifice and which is thicker than the perforated disc. This effectively prevents an undesirable bending of the perforated disc and at the same time improves the fuel treatment at the spray orifices. The supporting disc is made pot-shaped and is welded, together with the perforated disc, to the valve-seat body by a continuous welding seam. The fuel-injection valve is used in fuel-injection systems of mixture-compressing spark-ignition internal-combustion engines.

    摘要: A fuel-injection system includes at least one fuel distributor and at least one fuel injector. The fuel distributor is embodied as an autonomous component and has a plurality of valve seats having several inner longitudinal openings in which the fuel injectors may be inserted. The valve seats, by their ends facing away from a fuel-supply channel of the fuel distributor, end in a freely exposed manner. At these ends of the valve seats at least one retaining element in each case is premolded or formed for the loss-proof mounting of the particular fuel injector. This fuel-injection system is particularly suited for the use in mixture-compressing internal combustion engines having external ignition.
