A reproducing device includes: a storage unit in which data is accumulated; a program control unit controlling first and second programs respectively generating an acquisition request of the data accumulated in the storage unit and generating the acquisition request of the data, which is different from the first program; and a read control unit managing the data on a file basis, selecting one of first and second algorithms in which the file is read using a method suitable for reading the data by the first program and in which the file is read using a method suitable for reading the data by the second program based on storage position information of the file designated in the data acquisition request when the data acquisition request is inputted from the program control unit, and performing readout of the data from the storage unit based on the selected first or second algorithm.

An engine control apparatus in which a fuel injection apparatus injects a fuel to an engine; detecting means detects a drive state of the engine, and an ECU controls actuation of the fuel injection apparatus on the basis of a detection information of the detecting means and a specific output characteristic data of the engine, wherein compensating means for compensating the output characteristic data is provided, and the ECU is structured such as to compute a limit torque value on the basis of a result of compensation of the output characteristic data by the compensating means and the detection information of the detecting means, and actuate the fuel injection apparatus in correspondence to the limit torque value.

Provided is a display device in which design properties have been improved by eliminating the flickering when the display level changes. A microcomputer (5) causes light emission of first LEDs (23 and 24) which are the first and second ones counting from the right end among the emitting first LEDs (21 to 24), with decreasing brightness towards the right end. Furthermore, the microcomputer (5) causes light emission of second LEDs from a second LED (77) which is disposed at the right end of the second LEDs (71 to 77), to a second LED (73) which is disposed at a position overlapped with the first LEDs (23 and 24) that emit light with decreasing brightness towards the right end, and also causes light emission of second LEDs (73 and 74), which are the first and second ones counting from the left end among the emitting second LEDs (73 to 77), with decreasing brightness towards the left end.

A multilayer wiring structure of a semiconductor device having a stacked structure is arranged to restrain reliability degradation due to stress applied to the region of wiring between opposite upper and lower plugs. The rate of overlap of contact surface between upper plug and wiring on contact surface between lower plug and wiring, is small to the extent that no void is generated. The multilayer wiring structure is produced such that no grain boundary is contained in the region of wiring between upper and lower plugs. The difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the material of wiring and the material of upper and lower plugs, is small to the extent that no void is generated.

An object is to provide a diesel engine (2) that eliminates discomfort when an operator of a working machine coupled to the diesel engine (2) is at work while a particulate filter (10) is being regenerated. A diesel engine (2) includes an exhaust emission purifier (1) and selecting means (41) capable of selecting any one control method from isochronous control and droop control. The exhaust emission purifier (1) includes a particulate filter (10) and a pressure regulation valve (61). The particulate filter (10) is disposed along an exhaust stream to purify exhaust gas. The pressure regulation valve (61) is configured to apply a load onto the diesel engine (2) so as to raise a temperature of the particulate filter (10) so that a particulate accumulable in the particulate filter (10) is forcibly removed and that the particulate filter (10) is regenerated. The selecting means (41) is configured to select the isochronous control to control the diesel engine (2) when the load is applied by the pressure regulation valve (61).

It is intended to provide an EGR device for an engine in which a cooling structure such as an EGR cooler is not required and which reduces Nox contained in the exhaust gas in the whole operation areas, so as to correspond to recent exhaust gas regulation. An EGR device 30 for an engine comprises an EGR pipe 14 for continuously connecting an exhaust manifold 4 and an intake manifold 3 of an engine 1, an EGR valve 9 for controlling a passage area of the EGR pipe 14, an ECU 6 for controlling the EGR valve 9. The EGR device 30 further comprises a bypass passage 24 for bypassing the EGR valve 9 and a restrictor 25 is installed in the bypass passage 24.
