    摘要: Disclosed herein are organic memory devices and methods for fabricating such devices. The organic memory devices comprise a first electrode, a second electrode and an organic active layer extending between the first and second electrodes wherein the organic active layer is formed from one or more electrically conductive organic materials that contain heteroatoms and which are configured in such a manner as that the heteroatoms are available for linking or complexing metal atoms within the organic active layer. The metal ions may then be reduced to form metal filaments within the organic active layer to form a low resistance state and the metal filaments may, in turn, be oxidized to form a high resistance state and thereby function as memory devices.

    摘要: A rotor profile for screw compressors is disclosed. The rotor profile is shown in a latitudinal cross-section taken along a line extending in a direction perpendicular to rotor axes, and is applied to male and female rotors used in a screw compressor having a housing defining an actuating space therein, the male rotor being rotatably set in the actuating space and having spiral teeth and roots defined between the teeth, and the female rotor being set in the actuating space to rotatably engage with the male rotor and having spiral teeth and roots defined between the teeth. The rotor profile comprises a first curve F-G determined as a circular arc and inscribed in an addendum circle of the female rotor at a point “G” around a trailing end of each tooth of the female rotor, and a second curve determined by a hyperbola function r=(&egr;·K)/(1−&egr;·cos &thgr;), wherein 1.1≦&egr;≦1.15, and a derived function of first order of the hyperbola function of the second curve at a point “F” is equal to a derived function of first order of a function of the curve F-G. Due to the curve E-F, the blow-hole size is preferably minimized while the pressure angle of a rotor machining tool is maintained at a level of at least 8°. In addition, due to an appropriately limited wrap angle of the male rotor, the pressure angle of the rotor machining tool is increased and desired tooth strength is maintained.

    摘要: A pouch pack having a pressure outlet and a main body which is formed of two opposedly facing sheets with a sealing region thermally fused in a hermetic manner by a heating pressure mold designed for thermally pressing a target sealing region and defines a storage space inside thereof. The pressure outlet is integrally formed on the sealing region of the main body and opens under pressure to discharge a content kept within the storage space. As a cavity is formed in a part of the heating pressure mold, only a corresponding region of the cavity experiences a reduced heating temperature and reduced pressure while the sealing region is being thermally fused, so that the pressure outlet and the sealing region can be formed at the same time to therefore substantially reduce the amount of time required for the manufacturing process, with the pressure outlet being open precisely under pressure.

The method includes sensing, in an uplink section, whether a signal having energy greater than or equal to a predetermined magnitude is received, the signal indicating occurrence of an uplink event detected by the sensor node, and transmitting, to the sensor node in a downlink section, a synchronization packet that is used for receiving the uplink event or for transmitting a downlink event in response to the coordinator detecting the downlink event or sensing the signal having energy greater than or equal to the predetermined magnitude in the uplink section. The bidirectional event transmission sensor network has a structure of a super frame that includes at least one standby slot (SS) including the uplink section and the downlink section.
