Abstract:
A computer-implemented method of visualizing a dataset is implemented on a computer having memory, one or more processors, and a display. The method includes: rendering multiple objects on the display in a tiled manner, wherein each object is a visualization of a respective set of fields of the dataset and there is no overlap between the objects; in response to detecting a first user instruction, switching the rendition of at least one of the objects from the tiled manner to a floating manner; in response to detecting a second user instruction, moving a first object to a location on top of a second object, wherein the location is determined by the second user instruction such that at least a portion of the second object is covered by the first object; and in response to detecting a third user instruction, updating both the first object and the second object.
Abstract:
An integrated circuit device includes a transmitter circuit operable to transmit a timing signal over a first wire to a DRAM. The DRAM receives a first signal having a balanced number of logical zero-to-one transitions and one-to-zero transitions and samples the first signal at a rising edge of the timing signal to produce a respective sampled value. The device further includes a receiver circuit to receive the respective sampled value from the DRAM over a plurality of wires separate from the first wire. In a first mode, the transmitter circuit repeatedly transmits incrementally offset versions of the timing signal to the DRAM until sampled values received from the DRAM change from a logical zero to a logical one or vice versa; and in a second mode, it transmits write data over the plurality of wires to the DRAM according to a write timing offset generated based on the sampled values.
Abstract:
A method for calibrating a communication channel coupling first and second components includes transmitting a data signal from the first component to the second component on the communication channel, and sensing a characteristic, such as phase, of the data signal on the second component. Information about the sensed characteristic is fed back to the first component using an auxiliary channel. An adjustable parameter, such as phase, for the transmitter is adjusted on the first component in response to the information. Also, a characteristic of a data signal received from the transmitter on the second component is sensed and used to adjust an adjustable parameter for the receiver on the first component.
Abstract:
In a reinforced self-standing earth retaining structure using an arching effect, a soldier pile integrally formed with a soldier pile insertion portion in a vertical direction in a flange at one end of the soldier pile in which a lagging is inserted is installed at a width B to be perpendicular to the ground. A sheet panel protruding portion is inserted in and connected to the soldier pile insertion portion. A sheet panel protruding portion is serially inserted in a sheet panel insertion portion. A compression support plate protruding portion is inserted in and coupled to the sheet panel insertion portion. A relationship between a length L of a group of serial sheet panels and the width B between two groups of serial sheet panels is 0.5≦L/B≦3.0 in a range of an internal friction angle of earth φ=10˜34° and a range of an adhesive power C=0.0˜5.0 ton/m2 so that a back earth pressure is not applied to the front lagging due to the arching effect.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for setting up a substituted ring back tone (RBT) provided from a predetermined communication provider, and more particularly, a method and system for recognizing a first substituted RBT of a first subscriber and setting up the first substituted RBT as a substituted RBT of a second subscriber, between subscribers of different communication providers. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily copy a substituted RBT from another user's substituted RBT and set up the same as a user's own substituted RBT. In this instance, the substituted RBT is provided according to a request for a call setup of a mobile terminal. Also, it is possible to set up a substituted RBT of a subscriber of a different communication provider as a user's substituted RBT, while not receiving predetermined information from the communication provider.

Abstract:
A desktop charger for a portable wireless terminal, comprising: a charger housing; a slot for receiving and holding a stationary body of the terminal, the slot being recessed a determined depth from the front side toward the rear side of the charger housing; and an opening for providing a rotation space for a rotatable body coupled to an end of the stationary body rotatably, the opening extending from a side of the slot in the transverse direction and penetrating the charger housing from its front side to its rear side. The lower body of the terminal can rotate even when the terminal is mounted on the desktop charger. Therefore, the user can perform video communication during charging by using the provided display device and camera lens unit. In addition, wireless communication modules installed at the desktop charger make the connection with an auxiliary device or data communication device easier.
