摘要： The field control system includes: a field device; a field controller which is connected to a control network and which executes a computation processing for controlling the field device according to a given control cycle while executing a data communication between the field controller and the field device, the field controller including a communication unit configured to execute the data communication with the field device, and a control computation unit configured to execute the computation processing independently from the communication unit; and an operation monitor which is connected to the control network and which operates and monitors the field device, the operation monitor including a network clock which provides a common network time to the control network. The control computation unit and the communication unit execute the computation processing and the data communication in synchronism with each other in accordance with a timer clock based on the network time.

The method including the steps of successively subjecting a plurality of filter layers differing in color from each other to a patterning process to form the plurality of color filter patterns. At least one color filter pattern to be formed at first among the plurality of color filter patterns is formed by means of dry etching, and the rest of the plurality of the color filter pattern is formed by means of photolithography.

Further, a transparent resin layer having a predetermined thickness is formed to cover the resin lenses and the ditches, thereby obtaining a solid image-pickup device comprising a micro lens array including a plurality of micro lenses.

摘要： A rotation direction detection apparatus is configured to detect the direction of rotation of a pulley that is rotatably mounted to a chain guide, and includes a rotation sensor, a detection element and a shielding mechanism. The rotation sensor is fixed to the chain guide. The detection element is mounted to the pulley such that it can be detected by the rotation sensor. The shielding mechanism has a shielding arm that is mounted to move between a shielding position where the rotation sensor cannot detect the detection element and a detection position where the rotation sensor can detect the detection element. The shielding mechanism has a linking member that moves the shielding arm in tandem with the rotation of the pulley in first or second rotational directions. The shielding mechanism has a positioning protrusion that positions the shielding arm at either the shielding position or the detection position.
