    摘要: Provided is a vacuum valve device which is capable of ensuring and maintaining smooth operation of a valve body, and in which an adequate space is ensured as a vacuuming gas flow path, and also provided is a vacuum die-casting device using the vacuum valve device. The vacuum valve device includes a piston rod and a rod seat. The piston rod includes: a rod; a piston formed at one end of the piston rod; and a guide part extending from the piston as far as the rod towards the other end of the piston rod. The rod seat has an insertion hole into which the piston rod is inserted from a first end of the insertion hole and through which the piston rod passes to a second end of the insertion hole. At least a portion of the insertion hole including the first end of the insertion hole forms the gas flow path. The piston is inserted into the first end of the insertion hole when the gas flow path is closed, and the piston is exposed outside of the insertion hole with a portion of the guide part inserted into the first end of the insertion hole when the gas flow path is opened.

    摘要: An elastic wave device has a low temperature coefficient of frequency (TCF), a low insertion loss, a high electromechanical coupling coefficient (k2), and an increased pitch of the electrode fingers. The elastic wave device includes a piezoelectric component, IDT electrodes, and a dielectric layer arranged to cover the IDT electrodes. The dielectric layer has a temperature coefficient of frequency, the sign of the temperature coefficient of frequency being opposite to that of the temperature coefficient of frequency of the piezoelectric component, or the sign of the temperature coefficient of frequency being the same as that of the temperature coefficient of frequency of the piezoelectric component, and the absolute value of the TCF being smaller than that of the temperature coefficient of frequency of the piezoelectric component. Electrode fingers of the IDT electrodes each include a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer. Each first electrode layer is located in a corresponding one of a plurality of grooves. Each second electrode layer is located above the top of a corresponding one of the grooves. The one-half power of the product of the cube of the mean density (ρa) and the mean stiffness (C44a) of the first electrode layer, i.e., (ρ3×C44)1/2 of the first electrode layer is larger than (ρ3×C44)1/2 of the second electrode layer.

    摘要: There is provided a magnetic antenna, suitable for use in an RFID tag and an RFID tag reader/writer, which operates stable even if brought close to a metallic object and suitable for mass-production, and a board mounted with the magnetic antenna. The magnetic antenna has a coil comprising a magnetic layer and a conductive layer provided on the magnetic layer via an insulating layer. Alternatively, the magnetic antenna has a plurality of coils each comprising a magnetic layer having a square or rectangular shape and arranged radially. One ends of the coils are connected in series or parallel to one another by the magnetic layers thereof such that the coils have the same polarity. An insulating layer is provided on one or both outer surface of the coils, and a conductive layer is provided on an outer surface of at least one of the insulating layers. The magnetic antenna is produced using an LTCC technology.
