摘要: A communication control system has a plurality of control units that are connected via a communication bus to provide bidirectional communication. A control unit detects a failure when it occurs. Upon failure detection, the control unit generates a failure detection signal which operates a communication signal cutoff means to cut off the communication signal transmission from the control unit. In accordance with the communication signal reception state in a control unit other than the control unit in which the failure is detected, the former control unit identifies a failure occurrence in the latter faulty control unit.

摘要: The method includes receiving a failure of a first operation verification carried out after exchange of a first component and an assembling work of disassembled components and storing data concerning a second component corresponding to an error code. The method includes identifying a first disassembling procedure from a disassembling step that is a reverse step of an assembling step to be carried out immediately before the first operation verification to a disassembling step of the first component, and a second disassembling procedure from a primary disassembling step to be carried out when any component of an apparatus is exchanged to a disassembling step of the second component, and when the first disassembling procedure is included in the second disassembling procedure, extracting the disassembling step that is a reverse step of the assembling step to be carried out immediately before the first operation verification and subsequent disassembling steps among the second disassembling procedure.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to prevent foreign bodies attracted by a magnetic field of an objective lens or an electric field of an electrode plate and adhered to a surface of the objective lens or electrode plate from dropping onto the surface of a sample and adhering there during observation of the sample.To achieve the above object, an electron microscope in which, when a sample to be measured is moved away from below an objective lens, an exciting current to the objective lens of a scanning electron microscope is turned off or excitation thereof is made weaker than before the sample to be measured being moved away, or an applied voltage to an acceleration cylinder for accelerating an electron beam is turned off or made lower than before the sample to be measured being moved away is proposed.

摘要: In such a product that torque of a motor is continuously generated when a rotation number of the motor is nearly equal to zero, since an output voltage is kept at a constant value in accordance with a rotation position of the motor, such a condition that currents are concentrated in a specific element are maintained. As a result, a temperature of the specific element is increased, so that there are problems that a temperature fail of an inverter apparatus may readily occur, and thus, lifetimes of elements are lowered. In a power converter of a motor drive apparatus, windings are energizing-controlled in such a manner that only 1 phase of a switching circuit is pulse-width-controlled when the motor is under motor locking condition.

摘要: In an apparatus using an inverter as a motor drive apparatus, continuous operation can be permitted during a motor open-phase without providing any additional switching element. Especially, in an electric brake apparatus, higher security can be assured. When a motor winding of one phase occurs an open-phase, currents are conducted to the remaining normal phases while taking the position of a rotor of motor into account to thereby generate torque of the motor. Since the motor torque can be generated continuously in the event of a phase malfunction, reliability of apparatus such as the electric brake apparatus can be improved.

摘要: High accuracy is achieved in paper feed control without increasing the size of an encoder, which would result in an increase in cost. The velocity of a paper feeding mechanism is calculated from an edge signal that is generated by the encoder in response to the motion of the paper feeding mechanism. Based on the calculated velocity, a calculation is performed as to the time needed to reach a stop position since a detection of an encoder signal edge immediately before the stop position. Based on the calculated time, a control signal for stopping the paper feeding mechanism is generated.

摘要: When torque of a DC motor is dropped down to zero at a stop position, force is generated by deformation of a member for transmitting the torque of the DC motor. The force moves the driven body which is in the stopped state, which results in a shift of the driven body from the stop position. Therefore, a process for stopping the driven body is performed according to the amount of shift by an encoder which periodically outputs a pulse signal according to movement of the driven body, a unit for acquiring velocity information and position information of the driven body based on the pulse signal, a controlling unit for controlling a moving unit based on the velocity information and the position information, and a unit for calculating the amount of shift, which is caused by the force generated by the deformation of the member for transmitting the torque, at the stop position of the driven body.
